John,

Since you appear to be making an effort to get your casino "back on track" by posting here, I was hoping you might give your views on some questions I have about the casino you work for,
and RTG in general.

What do you feel is the reason that your casino has such a poor reputation, along with 90% of RTG casinos?

Why is it like pulling teeth to get a response or reply to an e-mail from most RTG casinos, especially Prism?

With the many "safe" casinos out there, what reason can you give me for risking my money at your casino?

Why do RTG casinos have "so many" problems and complaints against them?

What is your opinion of SafeBet?

Should Michael Staw be held liable for problems with RTG casinos?

What is it exactly that you are going to do to make Prism a casino that people will trust and want to play at?

I will be looking foward to your reply here, as will many others.

Thank You.

key word there mrracetrack is 'appear'.

Being kind in talk is a whole lot different than being kind in action!!

Watching for response/reply.

Hi people:

Forgot to post this, deals with the fraud papers filed on the stolen monies..

had to go into banks main office, take in copies of all the forms filed last June. Seems as if someone didn't input all in the system.

It is now complete. I stayed and watched just to make sure. So will be hearing something within the next 3 to 4 weeks.

1)What do you feel is the reason that your casino has such a poor reputation, along with 90% of RTG casinos?

I think it had lot to do with the bonus rules, and free money rules. We are working harder to make sure all understand the rules before they play.

2)Why is it like pulling teeth to get a response or reply to an e-mail from most RTG casinos, especially Prism?

We respond to E-mails with in 20 min. What happens is that we sometimes get blocked by ISP's (AOL is a big problem) What creates this problem is that people open multiple accounts to redeem free chips with false e-mail address's. Then we are unable to respond to your e-mails because we are blocked by your ISP.

3)With the many "safe" casinos out there, what reason can you give me for risking my money at your casino?

We pay very fast now! Our games are fair. We have had more Jackpot winners then any other RTG casino. Our customer service is 2nd to none.

4)Why do RTG casinos have "so many" problems and complaints against them?

I can only speak for our casino, and we are working very hard to improve our image with online gaming. I think if you look around lately we don't have very many complaints.

5)What is your opinion of SafeBet?

I think it is a fair site.

6)Should Michael Staw be held liable for problems with RTG casinos?

Michael Staw, works very hard to help out with any problems. As far as him being liable, that is a question you must ask him.

7)What is it exactly that you are going to do to make Prism a casino that people will trust and want to play at?

Only three things.
1) Fast Pay outs.
2) Fair games
3) Great customer service.

I hope this helps, as I have said if any one has any problems please E-mail them to support@prismcasino.com att: John

Thanks,

John

It also has to do with honest players being denied their legitimate winnings, and all the ridiculous "excuses" that RTG casinos (including Prism)continually come up with. There are over 2 years worth of these type of complaints posted here, and on other boards.

2)Why is it like pulling teeth to get a response or reply to an e-mail from most RTG casinos, especially Prism?

John, 20 minutes?? Really.... I have yet to get a response to 3 e-mails I sent to support TWO WEEKS AGO. Funny thing is... All your Prism Spam gets received with no problem whatsoever, so it can't be my ISP blocking it.

3)With the many "safe" casinos out there, what reason can you give me for risking my money at your casino?

We pay very fast now! Our games are fair. We have had more Jackpot winners then any other RTG casino. Our customer service is 2nd to none.

Your customer service is 2nd to none in what context? Least competent? Lies? Lame excuses? These are what Prism, and most RTG casinos are known for.

5)What is your opinion of SafeBet?

I think it is a fair site.

Hahahahaha!! You are a funny man, John. :D
SafeBet is known throughout the industry as the BIGGEST JOKE of a "watchdog" site, since it is OWNED & OPERATED by RTG. Kind of like the inmates running the asylum.
Wasn't TCO & Merlin "Platinum Certified"??
Lots of good THAT did, LOL.

6)Should Michael Staw be held liable for problems with RTG casinos?

Michael Staw, works very hard to help out with any problems. As far as him being liable, that is a question you must ask him.

Yes, I saw his "stellar efforts" about 2 years ago, when he posted on WOL.
And, hard to believe, but my attempts to contact Mr Staw were never responded to. And granted, that does not involve Prism Casino specifically,
but it DOES reflect the overall attitude that RTG has towards it's customers, and the "we could care less" image that RTG is so well known for.

I appreciate that you replied to these questions, John, but a lot more "action" opposed to "promises" needs to be taken before any credibility is given to RTG casinos.

Too much water under the bridge for people to assume otherwise.

I'm seeing a bit of ad copy verbage in Prism's reply. This is unfortunate since I was under the assumption that they are in the midst of cleaning up their image.

Let's be honest here.

Safebet is and always has been associated with RTG. This is a historical fact. https://www.casinomeister.com/rogue-casinos/

Safebet "claims" to be an impartial arbitrator, but in my +5 years of arbitrating I have yet to hear of them solving one player dispute.

"I think it is a fair site." Wrong answer. What you should have said was, "I believe that associating ourselves with Safebet should be discontinued, because it is not fair to our players to lead them into thinking that "Safebet" will and has made a difference."

Do your players a favor and lose the Safebet logos. It's a fake watchdog organization and most of your players know it.

RTG, in my opinion, don't give a rats ass to complaints, not saying a casino, but RTG itself. I filed a complaint back in June with them when my $1504.00 disappeared from my Prism account AFTER it was "MANAGER APPROVED" on a withdrawal request (I have snap shot showing this). I contacted SafeBet, not one word from RTG nor SafeBet to this day.

And at the time this happened, Prism web site explaining playthrough and withdrawal rules Did Not state you would lose all monies if you requested more than the max amount allowed on a bonus (that was one excuse I got from Prism, along with sooo many more at time, til finally was told to just hang it up, I wasn't getting paid).

What we all would like to see is for Staw to come here to casinomeister and explain why he NEVER responds to any complaints, or questions the players have about an RTG run casino.

But then again, I think Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny truly exist!!

Staw posted on WOL some time back but it was just so much hot air and very little of value came from it - the same old bad practice at the same old RTG-powered casinos continued.

Regarding Prism, I wonder whether there is any connection between them trying to clean up their parlous reputation and the re-launch of their affiliate program yesterday?

I really cant say that the comments form the Prism pitboss would persuade me to play at their casino. Seems like a bunch of fluffy crap to me.

To be truthful, I like(d) Prism Casino the best of all I have ever played. And to this day, I would still be playing there, IF, all this crap hadn't developed with the theft of monies.

I lost the $1504.00 withdraw, which I think is still wrong, and would start on that, but that's in the past now, this theft is something different.

Anyway, as in all relationships, of any type, when trust has been torn down, there is nothing left of that relationship, so in my opinion, for me, trust is THE number one thing that will make or break any relationship, personal or business.

It will take a lot of doing and much time before trusting any online casino again with my personal information. Whether it be them, or the payservice who does wrong.

Trust is everything to me!!

Thanks for the feedback.
We are working very hard to clean up our image with online gamblers.
If anyone has any problems you may call and speak to anyone in our staff. Tell them to get John on it.
I'll get you answers ASAP.

Thanks,

John
