Have been wondering about the typical day in a life of an online casino operation - for no other reason than we (the players) often interact with Casinos on a daily basis but we only see the end result. Always quite curious as to the story of a typical day in the life of the various workers in the casinos.

Wonder if any would like to share a little background on what a typical day entails in their respective roles. The kind of tasks you have to perform, decisions you have to make, how you come up with promos and the like.

For example, I always wonder about things like free spins offers, do you programme your backend to identify those who've qualified or have a suite of reports you use and someone manually adds spins when available? Do you get notifications in realtime of massive wins so you can contact winners? What interaction do chat operators have with the rest of the team?

Sure most would be quite guarded on discussing such things as its a competitive market so may not wish to share anything which may give others an edge or allow dodgy users to find exploits but if anyone feels inclined to do a little runthrough i think it would be interesting.
