    I just wanted to say thank you to Buzzluck and Club World. I've managed to have a small run of good luck (yes!) and my withdrawals are processed quickly and with a smile. There's no "hey you are winning too much" or "you use too many coupons" or anything like that. It's congratulations on your win, we processed your payout and you're good to go! Today I got an email reminding me of the 30% cashback which I wasn't qualified for because I won, but still, it's nice that they take the time to remind me! I have been playing at these two casinos almost exclusively. I like the way they treat me and thought I should let them know!

    I have stuck by ClubWorld through both the good and bad because of their customer service. I have had a few problems over the years, account hack, an employee used my account without authorization while i was out of town for major surgery and business meetings I wouldn't have authorized it anyway(as is a violation of terms), I was livid when i got the email then got back home to deal with it,(she was soo fired) Orcs vs elf screwing up bets and removing my accrued bonus Through-out it all, the Customer service of Karolina and her group have been amazing and i find their slots to be very fair, I have good streaks and I have bad streaks. I know when to cash out and not play and they dont hold that against me cause its smart playing. Of course i rearely use any bonuses either cause any cash i deposit and win is mine to cash out without having to worry about play through amounts. And i have never had a problem with getting my winnings ever. Yes there used to be delays when they had "processor issues" but within the last year or so been stellar.

    If i had any complaint about any casino including Clubworld it would be the issue of everytime your bank card changes due to expiration they make you jump through hoops at the cashier to get them the new information, new papework front and back of card clear, some bank cards dont scan like you want them to and with the issue of identity theft i always balk at doing this. Fastest way for me has been to message Karolina at Club World and say HELP lol.
