I believe that they have a deal with Astraware or/and PopCap or Mumbojumbo or someone :D

Well, i know these games, played all (real versions), and i made a research.
After 30 minutes, here are the results (some):

Brief reviews (I need to go play! :p)

Jewel Quest:
As expected, a bit like Bejeweled & Cubis.
Very low variance (see below) - lots of very small wins.
Potential for big wins, but don't seem very likely.
Winning combinations turn the grid gold, when it's all gold the level is over and you get a bonus which was always 100% for me. 100% of what, I don't know!
Tried to catch it in this screenshot, but it goes VERY fast!

Playing at $1 a go, I wagered $151 & finished $15.72 up!
I played to the end of Level 3 and stopped because Level 4 looks too difficult.
However - when I went back to check my stats this-morning I found the game still at the beginning of level 4, and I get the feeling you HAVE to complete all the levels & can't just stop & re-start.

But however(2) this game could just have a winning strategy methinks...

Sudoku:
To be honest, I didn't have much of a clue what on earth was going on!
There's just too much on the screen to take in, so I just hit 'play' and waited for the payout!
This one also seems to be very low variance.
I don't know if it was beginners luck or what, but I got 15 free 'spins' at x2 multiplier twice in 56 goes & both times it re-triggered for 30 spins!

This was the result of the first one, just 34 to 1:-

The second time I only got $24 which just proves the low-variance.

There's a second bonus round called 'Sudoku Numbers' which I got about 4 times, but again with this you need to be exceptionally lucky to win anything half decent.

Thanks to the bonus rounds: Wagered $56, finished $34 up!

Conclusion:
From my very small sample both these games seem very low variance. Will be fun for the first 15 minutes of play but could soon get boring if it's big wins you seek. However, they could be very good for turning over slots WR... ;)

I'm loving their Multi-hand Video Blackjack

I'm pretty impressed with it myself.

Questions:

If using 'normal' basic strategy, should you expect to see the same house edge?

With each hand being measured against many hands, does that give you a bigger chance of large wins or losses, or does it have more of a leveling effect?

1. Yes, the house edge should be exactly the same.

2. If you bet the same amount in total as you would bet on a single hand of BJ the variance will be smaller (smaller wins, smaller losses) since you often will win or lose fractions of your bet.

Edit: But if you bet an amount equal to what you would bet on a single hand multiplied by the number of hands per game, the variance will be much higher than normal BJ.

I know my Blackjack very well, but don't play it very often. I'd like to hear what the hardcore BJ fanatics think of this.

Mmm, just seems quite high variance. Turned 12,500 into 100,000 and then lost it all. I would think you might be a bit less happy to bust, thus altering strategy?

Great when a BJ stuffs 50x dealer 3up.
Sucks when you hit 12v2 and bust, losing 50 times.

Interesting to see many dealer results tho. Did you realise how unlikely a dealer is to bust a 2up card? or even a 5 upcard? Also, if you have TTvT then you are highly likely to win? Ok, even 50 is a smallish sample, but i found this happened nearly every time.

I would think..... if you want a double or bust, might be a good one to bet half your bankroll on 1 hand vs 50? less variance then 1v1, but lower rewards as well. would be interested in seeing an analysis.

If it were not for the bizarre last rule the house edge would be 0.45%. With it, the house edge goes up slightly. For most hands the strategy is the same as the six-deck stratey above. However, there could be changes for splitting eights against a 10 or ace. I have not analyzed it yet. If you do split eights against a ten or ace, especially an ace, I would be careful to not bust either hand, which would result in losing the one unit refund if the dealer gets a blackjack.
I'm a little puzzled about the comment about the six-deck strategy and the listed house edge. Isn't this an 8-deck game? If so, wouldn't the house edge be similar to Crypto standard BJ with 8 decks, or I am missing something? If it is 8 decks, I'd estimate the house edge to be ~0.50%, slightly above Cryptologic standard BJ due to the odd peeking rule. I'd rough guess that the strategy differences would be Stand on 15+, after splitting 8s vs 10, and Stand on 12+, after splitting 8s vs A. Note that if you bust on the first split hand against a 10, then you could use standard strategy for the 2nd without consequence.

I think Shackleford made a typo. If you look at his standard eight-deck Crypto strategy chart you can see that it says six decks on the chart but eight decks above it where he lists the Crypto BJ rules. This is because he uses the same chart for Boss Medias six deck game.

I guess he now thought that Crypto uses a six deck game also.

So I think the house edge should be 0.49% and not 0.45%, plus whatever edge that last rule gives the house.

What am I missing here?

All dealer hands started with an 8 up.

and

Dealer does not peek for blackjack. However, if the dealer gets blackjack, and the player never busted on any hand resulting from the original hand, then the original wager only will be returned to the player.

How can the dealer have BJ if all his hands are 8 up?

Go Marvel

The Marvel Games absolutely blew me out of the water. The Animation, music & sfx were the best I have ever seen on a slot machine.

The other games Dino Delight & Enchanted Beans were cool as well.

There was only one downside to the game, the download times, but well worth it to play them.

Welcome to the forum!

I agree the new Marvel games are Marvelous!
But those Enchanted Beans were Enchanted crap for me. I thought this game was diabolical (and so did my bank balance). I guess the bonus feature might play quite well, but since I never got one in over 260 spins I wouldn't know...
