any played at 7red casino?? The graphics on their slots is incredible..
They do not offer any fancy bonuses, I think just 100% match on first deposit, but no WR..I guess they are trying to keep it simple..
Just wondered if anyone had played there and what their thoughts were...
thanks...:p

I like Betsoft games -there are a handful of casinos that provide Betsoft games - Belmont.com, and PlayersOnly being two. I believe this particular casino has been dinged here for something, I can't recall exactly what, but I think it's a play-at-your-own-risk casino. I do agree that their games seem really fun. I've played them on belmont.com - my favorite is The Heist.

I have played there, and I like their games.
What I do not like is the spam emails I get from them once a week in two different email accounts, one of which they did not get from me.

I received a couple that said, my name "Deposit Accepted"

So I contacted the AM and forwarded a copy. I explained that I and others did not like them as it made us think someone got a hold of our cards.

He said it was an affiliate sending them and not the casino and has put a stop to it.

If they don't stop please post so we can let him know.

I checked it out and do really like the games. But although I don't see 7 Red specifically I wonder if it's one of the Acerevenue casinos on the rogue lists?
Below is one of their emails with associated casinos, I assume.

ALL YOUR BONUSES ARE BELONG TO US Belongs to them, okay, can we borrow them?

We believe in bonuses, (well that makes one of you) They are the heart of how you can make
money... again
By collecting the right bonuses at the right times you can improve
your chances by 2-3% every time.
Now would that right bonus at the right time, be the Mountain time, Pacific time, or Standard time????
It all depends on how much time you dedicate to check out those NEW
casinos,
also check out casinos you've played a long time ago, Things change..
Bonuses Change.

At last we are proud to present you this month (june) Hot New
Bonuses... May we all win
Oh goody, at least it's not the Old tired bonuses!!!! :p

So can someone clarify if 7 Red is safe to deposit at? I too have seen info in a thread recently, will have to search.

Yeah they spam. But the problem is it's deceptive spam with titles like "Deposit Accepted" and stuff. The first one had me thinking someone has stolen my credit card details or something and that put me right off. Plus there was this thread:

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/7red-com.36333/

Same games can be found at Players Only or Shootjack (no US).

...although I don't see 7 Red specifically I wonder if it's one of the Acerevenue casinos on the rogue lists?

No, not related to the best of my knowledge.

This place seems full of deception, firstly they displayed the IGC logo when they were not members then they send out those emails with "Deposit Accepted"

With antics like that can they really to be trusted, i dont trust them but that just my opinion

Well it was an affiliate that was sending them out, the one from 7 red that said "Deposit Accepted" that is. The Am told me he put a stop to it. So we will see. I have some trust issues as well but not as much as I did at first. However, GPWA met them and tell me they are ok. But with any new casino they have to build up credibility.

The first one had me thinking someone has stolen my credit card details or something and that put me right off.

I was also alarmed that someone was using my card when I received the first one.

As I mentioned earlier , I did get paid by them..

However, now I am not able to make a deposit..
I was using a visa there, as they do not have usemywallet and all of a sudden it says processor tech error...

how long did it take to get your $$$?

it says 72 hours in the FAQ's before being processed. I also mentioned to the AM that it might be a problem with players.

It took about a week to get paid..It seems the person that processes payments was out ill...I was able to speak to Jeff there, he was very nice and reassuring that I would get paid, and I did...He had to send it western union and even reimbursed me for the extra cost...The biggest problem with them is communication...Everything is done through email and it takes time..You can almost never reach them by phone...As I mentioned I cannot make a deposit now and have not heard back...

Why? did u try?
well... You should be glad about it.

Anyone still getting the emails spams?

This was the update after they were tossed into the rogue section a few months ago. It was also covered in my Youtube webcast

They are out now.

https://www.casinomeister.com/rogue-casinos/

I think you were a bit quick with the good to go assessment and very accepting of their explanation.

They are still sending out spam with "deposit accepted" headline (I received one today), they still have a slightly misleading website regarding their license, this under fair gaming.

Game Fairness You Can Trust

7Red adheres to the standards of the world's more stringent regulatory requirements. Our software carries an official Certification of RNG Evaluation conducted by Technical System Testing (TST) and has been issued an Associate Certificate by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.

That may well be so but it has nothing to do with the fairness of their games or actual gaming license and being embedded in the other text the way it is I have little doubt its intention is to mislead.
In fairness the article does go on to explain they are licensed in Costa Rica but most people will have stopped reading assuming they were licensed by Alderney by then.

7Red holds a gaming license from the Government of Costa Rica under the Gambling Act 2005 for purposes of operating online casino games.

The fact is the Associate certificate is pretty much irrelevant as far as the player and fair gaming are concerned so you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out why they have included it the above text.

I think not recommended would be a more befitting status than good to go given all the above.
