Hello everyone I want to bring to your attention a clear breach of terms by 7bitcasino. The following are terms regarding the closing of a players account and can be found in the terms & conditions section on their website.

4.4 CLOSING OF ACCOUNT

4.4.1 You may close Your account by contacting customer support. 7bitcasino.com will return to You any and all funds from Your Member Account subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges. The method of repayment will be at our absolute discretion.

When I contacted them and told them I would like to close my account they said sure no problem but quickly changed their mind when they seen how much my balance was. I told them I did not want to gamble all my winnings back and also that I was not happy with their low weekly cash out limit, this reminds me of something an evil operator does to players so they can take advantage of people with gambling addiction/problems. Even after showing them what their own terms say they still would not close my account and even going as far as to say I made up these terms and I'm reading them out of context. So I ask everyone to read this post and let me know what you think and if I did anything wrong

Just asking, but you are trying to close your account so you can get your weekly withdrawal limit changed and take the lump sum?

Just a hunch though, the max withdrawal per week may supersede the closing of account terms, since the reason that max withdrawal is in place is to protect the casino. I'm just guessing though.

We have a nice rep from @7Bit Casino here, I'm sure he would be happy to investigate that for you.

If reading only last sentence, this could theoretically mean that they could chose to pay you $1/month or what ever they feel. Do they refuse to pay you at all or stick in their payout limits? Can't see closing account removing them and paying all at once, especially with that last sentence from terms you are referring gives loads of space for imagination...

Was just trying to be clear what your motives behind closing your account were that's all.

I hope the rep from 7BitCasino can assist you, or at least help you get a final ruling on this.

oh yes they gave a final ruling and one that had nothing to do with anything. they refuse every time to answer the question of why they lied about their terms and refused to close my account. they attempted to answer by saying that an account cant be closed when there is a current balance but this is quickly dismissed and proof of them lying because that is not mentioned anywhere in their terms, they made this up.

ok i will read this right now but I don't see how speaking the truth can sabotage my complaint ...

The PAB process is a settlement negotiation. It works best -- and has for almost 20 years -- when all parties involved agree to a calm, cool-headed and controlled negotiation process. In our experience freely posting on the forums while we're trying to work through that process almost always sabotages our efforts. That's why we ask that you not post on the forums while we're working on your PAB.

Once the PAB process is complete you're free to post as you see fit, provided you respect the Forum Rules, of course.

why dont you just set a lost limit, cashout until balance hits zero and stop playing there?

don’t mess with a casino giving them a reason to make an example of you for being a smart ass please

you win and you realized you are not being treated fairly... but play by the rule and enjoy your winnings

softswiss platform = gambling tools = no need for this kind of behavior

Believe me I would love to answer this question very badly but I don't want to sabotage my current complaint, I have been warned once.

Thread title changed to something neutral until we can establish the validity of the OP's claims.

can I at least send a private message to some of the people that made certain comments here or answer questions that users asked me or will I get into trouble?

Help yourself. This would be a lot easier for you if you'd just read the PAB rules.

@HeresJohnny Yeah, here's the thing - we aren't censuring you from speaking your piece, but if we need to negotiate for you during the PAB process, commenting on the case - and stirring up public support - will only complicate matters. Especially if the casino is in their right to do whatever they did (not saying this is the case here), and we are hoping they will do us a favor by paying or changing terms or whatever. If folks are ragging on the casino in public, it will not work out well for you. Just sayin'.

@HeresJohnny , FTR when I said "Help yourself" I was referring to your question about sending Private Messages. I see you are still posting your stuff and no, that's not okay, at least not if you want us to continue with your PAB.

So to be perfectly clear: what you do in private is of no concern to us, what you do in public is the concern and is subject to the PAB Rules.

I take it you really want to have the PAB rejected.

And he's succeeded. Turns out this is not his first account here at Casinomeister, and was previously banned, several times as it happens. Not a newbie to the PAB system either, I guess he just isn't keen on reading or following the PAB guidelines.

Well, he wanted it and now he get's it. :axeman:

And then the guy emails me saying that either Max doesn't like him or that we are trying to cover up a complaint about this casino LOL.

The guy already has an account here:
https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/torrez007.57041/

Another PAB for another cyber currency casino - Bitstarz.

What is hilarious is that he mentions in his email that he was banned from another forum for bogus reasons, but AskGambler's has accepted his complaint. Goes to show AG hasn't a clue as to how to ensure they are not facilitating player fraud.
