Hi, a couple of weeks ago, I deposited $25.00 at 7 Reels and received a 400% bonus. I asked casino chat what games was I allowed to play, he said any games were allowed. I played for quite a while, as you can imagine, the play through was massive. I started playing video poker, jacks or better. That's when I hit an all diamond Royal Flush that paid $4,000.00. I went directly to casino chat and asked what my play through amount was. He said 2,067, so I returned to play. When I reached $3,500.00, I inquired again and he said that I was good to go! So I immediately requested a withdrawal. As expected, the required documentation was a major task. Three days ago, I spoke to 7 reels security and was told that my verification process was approved. Then two days ago I received an email saying that withdrawal request was declined. It said "We hereby inform you that your payout request has been declined due to the fact that your account has been randomly chosen for a Verification Process." I called and was told that the process takes 7 business days. In the meantime, my $3,500.00 winnings were put back into my players account. This all made me a bit nervous. I've never won this much money online. Well, about four more days to go, then I'll request my withdrawal again. If anyone has any feedback, that could help me get some sleep. it would be appreciated. Would love to tell you they will pay you the full amount no problems so you have nothing to worry about.

Unfortunately that's not the case. Its yet another one of those "great" Top Game casinos that pays real slow if it indeed pays. Also has the max withdrawal amounts so even if they pay you will probably find you get paid about $500 every few weeks.

Not what you want to hear but im afraid its not the best of casinos as a google search would have shown you. The fact they are reviewing your account as standard measure is just another way of delaying paying out in the hope you just spend it.

BS customer service excuses. Why '7 working days' to do 'extra verification'? Why not 2 or 3? Obviously the longer the better as this 'debit' on their balance sheet (your pending withdrawal) needs to be playable as long as possible and hopefully neutralized. They've come in low anyway, some have a 60-day 'investigation period' if you deposit by card. It's a standard response to winners over a trivial amount, a deliberate tactic to avoid paying winnings. Should you wait the 7 days out, you'll then be offered the next excuse for non-processing of your money in the pre-planned series.
Sorry, but treat any payment from them as a bonus.

Finally paid in full.

After months of paperwork and scrutiny, 7 Reels made a direct deposit of $500.00 less fees into my bank account. They repeated this for seven weeks in a row, until I was paid off. Well, at least I was paid, but I can't help but wonder why they would not use my winnings to promote more business for the casino? Thanks for reading.
 
Am I reading this right - is the chat agent saying he finds it strange you're not happy with getting your win in 500$ chunks across seven weeks, paying the fee every time? :lolup: Great casino indeed :D
