7-ninewin are telling me I need to verify a card on my account that no longer exists so I can withdraw my winnings. Bearing in mind I haven't used this card to make any deposits since it was lost and they won't allow me to remove it from my account and update it with my new card details even though this has happened before and and the last time.they accepted the new card and paid me out. The last 2 deposits were made via bank transfer and a new card. On their proof of payment verification methods they even say a bank statement is fine. My bank has no way of providing proof that I owned the old card so basically, even though I was verified previously, they are more than happy to take my money, just not pay me what I owe.
