Ongoing processing problems @ Jackpot Capital - Promised payment date = No money

I requested a wire transfer on 10/20 (Thursday) waited until 10/25 (following Tuesday) for it to be approved and then was told 4-10 business days for it to arrive at my bank.

During that time I inquired with Live Chat and in PMs to Yasmeen as to the ongoing status as I read about unusual delays from others in the forum. She reassured me to wait until today which is the 10th business day since approval.

No $$$$$$$:(

Sent PM to Yasmeen, waiting on response about what to do. This has nothing to do with documents or verification, I have been approved and verified for a long time with their group.

I am so tired of this, the only site I can consistently count on to pay me quickly and generally FASTER than expected is Diamond VIP.

My advice is stick to checks and avoid wire transfers right now. The unknown owners of Lucky Club paid me by check within 48 hours of approval last week, but now this dragged on issue and missed payment dates is very disheartening. If services remain shared between Lucky Club and JPC, why are checks processed quickly and wires a problem without being warned ahead of time.

I truly *trusted* JPC --- some CM members got personal phone calls or contact, I have had to be the one following up on this missing/delayed withdrawal and I am very tired of it. Yes, Yasmeen answered my PM, but with the response to "be patient" -- now its at least another 24-48 hours and who knows what response that will be. This waiting game sucks, to be candid.

I don't need the money for bills or to buy groceries, but the fun is fading fast when most every cashout is a worry.

Sorry for the rant, but I am really disappointed in JPC on this matter.

I'm surprised by your post and your heading. I might expect this from a newbee, but coming from you seems a little off base. You of all people here should understand the risks of delays in the present environment for USA players.

In your own words in one of your recent posts "My eyes are wide open, I have no delusions that there will be delays".
 
I'm beginning to think its time to forego online gaming in the US.

IF you can get a dposit to go through, you are damn lucky if you ever get paid if some magical fairy happens to fall into your lap whilst spinning and you can actually win something.

trying to get paid seems to be a whole different story...not that I find myself in that position. ever.

I just blazed $80 at buzznoluck in less than 10 minutes. (maybe thats why theres no winning screenshots posted?) and another $50 at 3dice. (fire can't burn my money away as fast as that place) (but i still love ya 3dices) :)

on another note, I did manage to reap a huge profit playing ladies night for "practice" at nedplay the other day:D

Actually - I thought heading was informational as opposed to "I got SCREWED". (which we get a lot of from the newbies)

But you are correct, (and observant) in that I do keep my eyes open and watch for delays. Posting was triggered because this was first time I had a problem at JPC where payment went beyond their stated terms. They have always delighted me in past.

I know its risky any time I am gaming online, but wanted to share recent experience with my CM friends.

Not sure why you think its "a little off base" so perhaps you can clarify.

They asked you to wait 2 more days due to technical difficulties and you posted here before that time even expired. We've been reading posts where several USA players have waited longer then 30 days to get paid, so this should not come has any surprise to you.

By off base I mean the impression your post presents is a warning towards an accredited casino that would and should be doing the best they can, and based on their reputation here not sure why you would think otherwise and not show more patients.

I hope your intentions weren't trying to catch the eyes of the rep here hoping for a quicker payment. That would be off base for a member here like yourself with your knowledge and experience.

To your first point above ----- others with withdrawals before and I have my processing dates have been paid. Mine was not. JPC paid me quickly in past, now we are beyond all time frames quoted to me by their staff and Yasmeen personally. "Surprise is not the word --- disappointment is. Prior PM from Yasmeen assured me funds would arrive by 10/8 at the latest. That didn't happen.

To your second point above ------ it was an INFORMATIONAL post, not a warning. Although I concede it would appear that way. However that was not my particular intention. It was sharing info on my experience with CM members.

To your final point ---- It was not intended to be blackmail. I already sent a PM to Yasmeen, so no I was not trying to leverage a post at CM to gain an advantage at the site.

JPC update ------ Connected with Yasmeen - feel better

Good morning CM friends,

Below is my chat with Yasmeen this morning. She has acknowledged problems with bank and processors for wires. Check is going to be issued today and should arrive Friday - Monday timetable.

I think part of the big frustration is when the promised deadline passes and Live Chat - only has canned scripts to refer to in dealing with customer inquiries. Time zone differences don't help either....
I feel better now.........so sharing with my friends who might also be waiting. Contact Yasmeen and ask for check in lieu of problems with processors and wires/ACH.

FWIW -- I will post again once check has actually arrived.

Wish I had a cashout on the way but I think it's time to hang it up with that group as I've had very little luck. Money sucking hole for me. :(

When receiving a check from A JC payout, I think you posted before that you have to sign for it. Could you verify that fact for me please?

Lucky Club last week and JPC this week both came by FedEx and did NOT require a signature. They just handed it over to me. But I am not sure what happens if you are not home.

I recall having to go to UPS one time to pick it up/sign for it ---- but don't recall which site that was for.

For keeping us posted on the fine details of this. I have actually stopped playing at all casinos for awhile now. I'm looking pretty closely at Jackpot Capital because they seem to pay people without alot of drama, runaround or excuses. Good Luck to you!

I would rethink that if I were you. They promised me a Money Gram payment to be due last Thursday. They did not pay as promised and gave me a date of Thursday of next week. They do make excuses and I have had drama.
 
Jpc was probably glad to hear you would resume playing after you got paid...big chance they'll get that 1k back. Maybe take a break and go shopping instead or use the money and have dinner with friends. It would be a lot more fun than constantly worrying if you're gonna get your money from an online casino.

It's not that I "constantly worry" ----- but it is a shadow that hangs over the online playing experience. The high of winning and then the waiting game. But its still fun.

I haven't played at JPC since I won, but I will go back soon.

JPC have recently changed the pending period to 48 hours and ceased weekend payouts.

If you cashout after Wed morning, you probably won't have your cashout even looked at until the following Monday. The 48 hr processing time then applies so it could well be a week before anything is sent. Mind you, its all for the benefit and convenience of the player, so I wouldn't be too concerned. Just be happy that they have your best interests at heart :rolleyes:

THEN, before I read your post, I requested a withdrawal from Slotastic at the end of October. No problem, I received the normal email that it was processed and would be in my bank account within 4-10 business days. I didn't think twice, this was their standard email, and just expected it in my bank account in 4 business days, as had happened consistently in the past.

After 8 business days, I contacted my VIP support person, and he asked me to wait the entire 10 business days, which I did. I then contacted him again, and he said he would look into it. Then, that same day, I received another email from the cashier, stating that my withdrawal had been processed, by courier check. It was their standard email, with no explanations as to the cancellation of the wire request or a reason for the delay/courier check.

That was Monday, and I expect the check tomorrow or Thursday. However, I wonder what the problem is? Did you receive any explanation for the casino? I too am hesitant to play heavily there now; this withdrawal was small, and I'm concerned about a payout for a larger one.

On a plus note, up until this withdrawal, I have been more than happy with Slotastic.Their VIP promotions are great, and I've won a lot of fabulous prizes and bonuses.:D
