To justify not paying a player who submitted a Grumble to Julie Sidwell at Gambling.com, 3W Graphics claimed the player exploited a bug expressed in several games.

3W Graphics offers Flash software using graphic elements stolen from Microgaming. (Verified this in a converstation with Mgaming at a show.)

Their company website is Link Removed ( Old/Invalid)
They have a play for fun version of their software there, so you can identify the software.

Some casinos using 3W Graphics software:

From InfoPowa bulletins two weeks back:

Obscured by Cloud

Experience has taught us to be leery of casinos that are coy about their software, plagiarise other sites' printwork or who claim that their gambling software is proprietary when it isn't. Such a place is Cloud Casino.com it would appear. Both the Casinomeister webmaster and InfoPowa, acting independently checked out the revamped Cloud Casino this week and asked the casino direct what software it was deploying. The unequivocal response to both queries was that the software was developed by the casino and was therefore proprietary. It isn't - in fact it is a rather shabby gambling suite emanating from developers called 3W in Russia. They have a lot of plagiarised printwork up on their site, too. BTW, the "license" jurisdiction is Costa Rica so don't expect a whole lot of action from there if things go wrong.

3W Graphics also has on their casino pages some code to defeat Zone Alarm, see it posted on this Russian site:

I found it posted also on Greek and German sites.
