I got lucky at 3Dice last weekend. Thanks to a generous gift from someone I don't really know I turned 10 bucks into 650 bucks.

Now. I submit Sunday my bank wire for 500 and my MB withdrawal for 150.

Moneybookers is almost instant. Shazam!

I deposit some money at Grande Vegas and I'm up to 150. I have to submit my stupid docs and I do that Sunday. I check to see on Monday if my docs are verified because nobody bothers to return my email and I'm told they are so I submit my 90 dollar withdrawal. (I dumped the other 60 in about 20 minutes so I'm getting out.)

Tuesday I'm told by Grand Vegas that it takes 3 to 5 days for a Moneybookers withdrawal. (Same amount of time it takes 3Dice to do a bank wire.)

Wednesday my bank wire from 3Dice is in my account. (2 days faster than the last time.)

Wednesday I'm told by Grande Vegas that it takes 5 to 7 days to process a Moneybookers withdrawal. (2 days longer than it took yesterday)

Now I asked how it can take 4 days longer to submit a Moneybookers withdrawal than 3Dice can have a bank wire sitting in my account and got no answer. (I didn't really expect one.)

But I would have liked an answer to this question: How can it possibly take 5 to 7 days for every single type of withdrawal? Shouldn't a Moneybookers withdrawal be much faster than a bank wire at the same casino? If Grande Vegas can process a bank wire in 5 days why does it also take 5 days to process a web wallet withdrawal?

I was referred to the terms and conditions. Which state "Withdrawals will be processed and paid out within five (5) to seven (7) working days of the initial withdrawal request."

Actually I had already read this. I didn't really think much about it since all of my bank wires have generally taken a week to receive. If I had jumped over to the cashier page I would have realized that there is no distinction between any withdrawal type. All withdrawals take 5 to 7 working days.

I guess when a player submits a faster withdrawal type the casino just sits on the money for a week before releasing it. Consistency is better than speed.

Thanks for the good service 3Dice. Keep up the good work.

Such bullshit Skiny...I sincerely hope you NEVER go back there to play again.

MB works exactly like Neteller, in real time. In other words...it's instant. The second it's actually sent by the processor, it's in your MB account. So yes, they are holding onto the money for a week.

People need to refuse to accept this as standard. It's not and it shouldn't be. No way it should ever take longer than 24 hrs, if your docs are on file, and you're good to go.

Run, don't walk...away from this casino if this is their standard practice.

I agree. Unfair and unreasonable.

And I don't see a thanks button.

Skiny, thanks for your post. I was wondering about Grande Vegas, but i am not waiting 5-7 days for a withdrawal to be processed. Every time i see this long processing time, it makes me think that the casino is underfunded, and that they are using deposits to fund withdrawals. Big red flag for me, pam

I dont really love Inetbet CS attitude....I have to say tho...when I won $6500 and asked for a withdraw via wired transfer on a sunday night (my time) I found the money in my bank account when I woke up that monday morning...I woke up late tho....still:D:D:D

Exactly Kakata..and that's why I play there. Personally, I've never had a problem with any of the staff there...and there's been a few times I've been less than cordial myself. But....I do understand that others have had less than stellar experiences, CS wise. And I do agree they should add either live chat or phone support.

But for me...their bonuses are fair, I don't see complaints about confiscation of winnings due to "bonus abuse" or some vague, unbroken term, and they pay out fast, with no hassle...two or three times a day/7 days a week/365 days a year. That is what I look for.

Casinos that don't process cashouts on weekends will never get my business. This game is a 24/7 business, and if they can take deposits every day of the week..then they can process withdrawals every day of the week. JMO.

I long for the day when ALL casinos (at least the really good ones) implement an automated system (much like 3Dice), where when you hit withdrawal, it hits your ewallet instantly...provided all your docs are in order, etc.

3Dice is not always instant...finance needs to be in. I think they used to be in 24/7, but now it might be 16/7. I can wait until morning for a withdrawal.

I'm even prepared to wait over a weekend. But 5 to 7 days is unacceptable. Thanks for the heads up Skiny. Grande Vegas got my last deposit (course it was only one, I don't always expect to win out of the gate).

I guess some casinos rely on people having no idea how long it takes to make a withdrawal at other casinos. Why would anyone play where it takes 7 days to do what other casinos do in 1?

Hello Everyone

I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for this situation and offer up an explanation.

Grande Vegas has been dealing with a select number of player’s whose accounts are currently under investigation by our fraud department. Somehow, Skiny, you got caught up with those players, and we are completely at fault for this.

I can assure all of you that this is not the norm for Grande Vegas. All our web wallet payments are indeed made within 48 hours of the withdrawal request if we have all the necessary documentation.

I am pleased to tell to you Skiny, that your withdrawal has been paid and as show of good faith on behalf of Grande Vegas Casino, your account has been credited with $30.

As far as funding issues are concerned, I can assure you that this is not the case, this account happened to slip through the cracks and we have put measures into place to make sure that this does not happen again.

I hope that this clarifies the situation, as we pride ourselves on paying our players as soon as possible in all instances.

Best Regards,
Madison Green

This is the norm with this casino. They will stall you for days and make you jump thru hoops. I had been lied to several times by this casino. And promptly closed my account. It took nearly 7 days to get a $210 withdrawal. I complained to a Madison and got a free $20 in my account. I declined it. And stayed on their butts until they paid me.

I am confused. Is Skiny among a select group of players who were directed to a site which had Ts and Cs stating that it took 5-7 working days to process a withdrawal. Actually, he was also told by support that this applied to his case. If fraud existed, he wouldnt have been paid at all, never mind the 5-7 day rule.

I have played at Grande Vegas quite a number of times and my experience is that they normally pay within 48 hours. However, why dont you just state in the Ts and Cs that it 'normally' requires 2 working days for processing instead '5' to '7' days. Seems absurd to me unless you sometimes want to screw people up.

It would have been nice if someone had offered me that explanation yesterday when I was talking to live support. Nobody mentioned me being under investigation for fraud. Nobody ever mentioned a 48 hour web wallet withdrawal time even though I specifically brought up the issue of bank wires not taking the same amount of time as web wallets AND the fact that other casinos differentiate between withdrawal times. I was told very specifically that ALL withdrawals take 5 to 7 days to process.

It never ceases to amaze me how apologetic casinos can be in public.

Bonuses are nice. Respect and good service without having to come here is nicer.

Funny isn't it, that it's only when a player posts a complaint on a forum like this that the casino "suddenly discovers" that the player has "accidentally" been tagged as the wrong sort of person...

Of all the casinos I have played 3dice is the most hassle free, efficient and very player friendly so far. My withdrawals came in the mail quick! No docs to submit, no waiting simply amazing!

usually the way... anywhere i play (apart from 3dice) I have to make complaints before i get paid.

A bit OT but i can remember myself having withdrawl problems as such at nedplay, crazy vegas, mansion casino, william hill, and a few others... weeks on after my withdrawls wernt paid and I went public about it all of a sudden they decided to "shift my withdrawl forwards as a gesture of goodwill". Then put the excuses out... "we were doing fraud checks", "our payment systems had problems"... rubbish... they knew full well that I was likely to reverse my withdrawl if they left it long enough and for a while years back thats what i was doing... reversing and losing... until i grew wise :D

KK my friend, if you really want to play "Devils Advocate", myself and other Rival Affiliates as well as the loyal Rival Players could use your support in the thread Message to Rival White Label Casinos!

it's not just Grande Vegas that's slow. I had a $40 withdraw to QT of all things that has been pending since March 16 now at Vegas Regal. I was told it might take until NEXT weds to clear. Why would it take a week just to put $40 back into something like quicktender? pisses me off, but it was a freechip.

Hi Everyone

Firstly I would like to apologise for the slight delay in my response, I did attempted to reply on Friday and my post did not go through, after which I couldn’t access Casinomeister.

Chuchu59, Skiny was not a part of the players we have under investigation at the moment, however his account and pending withdrawal ended up with our fraud department, which was completely our mistake.

Skiny, I do apologise for the fact that you did not receive this explanation earlier, but because of the misunderstanding was within Grande Vegas, our on line support would not have been aware that this was the case. To clarify things, your account was not under investigation it landed with our fraud department when it shouldn’t have.

Regarding the withdrawal time frames stated in our T’s & C’s, it can take 5 – 7 days for a withdrawal to be paid to players using web wallets. The term is there to account for when documentation or other information is needed, this time frame allows for all of these processes to run smoothly.

I can assure you Chuchu59, that your experience at Grande Vegas is the norm and once we have all necessary information that we require, our web wallet players do in fact get paid within 48 hours. We are not trying to defraud our players in any way.

Skiny, good service and respect are two of the things that Grande Vegas strives to achieve everyday and I am sorry that your experience did not reflect this.

Best Regards,

Madison
