3DICE Taking A Long Time To Respond?

How long does it take for a email (my ISP email) or.. a message here to 3Dice to have them respond to you?

I emailed them about 3days ago or so to get my info back. Due to this surgery I had and the long down time to recover.. I had deleted all my casino info on my computer.. SO, have forgotten alot of my log-ins and pw's :oops:

Generally, they are pretty fast with responses, when you email them.

Are they having trouble over there with their email system?
Just curious is all..

I've just pm'ed you your details. The only email from you we have on record dates 181 days - did you send it to supportteam@3Dice.com ? (or perhaps you have changed email addresses so that the system couldn't correlate it ?).

Either way, I hope you have a smooth recovery and I've added a little something to your account for the hassle. When you login, might be best to make sure we've got the correct email address for you so that future communication doesnt end up in the void. (you could've also tried our live chat for instant gratification - if that's your thing of-course).
