Ok, it's been said before but why can't other casinos with live chat be as quick, courteous, and actually read what is typed before responding?

I've live chatted with Ellen a few times and it blows me away at the end of the conversation how easy it was. Maybe 3Dice looks better because I just chatted with Rival a few minutes before.

You must have not had the pleasure of chatting with Jared or Lance at 3 in the morning. They both always appear to be in need of a cup of coffee.
 
Did I miss a post? What does their live chat have to do with being transparent?

you can get managers bonuses ,lodge a complaint and get results immediately'

any thing you want to ask about there casino at all any thing

you get results right from the chat if you want they have a go private option on the chat were you can discuss all your personal issues of gaming right there on the spot

one gets the feeling of being right inside the operation's room while your playing keep your chat window open and talk with the floor manager as you play

So, if I want to see my hand histories, I have to contact support and then they take a few days to compile my logs and send them to me. I have only asked them this twice. The second time, I was told that they cannot honor this request all the time as it is very time consuming:what:

If my (reasonable) request to have a record my blackjack logs is met with this sort of reluctance...what can I gather from that??

Thanks rocky...I did get them the two times I asked...they just made it clear that it was alot of trouble and its not something they can do "all the time"

I just feel that if you don't have a way for the player to check logs themselves, you should honor their request at all times...

Actually I have chatted with Jared, asking a blatantly stupid question (we all have our dumb moments) and he was great. Must have caught him in a good moment, probably just after a caffeine fix :)

That's very much Bryan's domain so I'll leave it to him to reply. FYI, he's on the road quite a bit in the coming weeks so he may not be able to respond quite as quickly as he normally does.

I have never had any problems with live chat. Once I made a deposit, it was taken out of my e-wallet but not credited at the casino. Went to live chat they checked said it went through on their end also, credited my account gave me an extra few dollars for the trouble. And this was all with in 5 minutes. Anna is one hell of a lady in my book. Actually all the reps are, they have always been friendly to me anyways.

Anna and Ellen are the backbone of 3 Dice imo, both are great to chat with and are the most helpful with customer service, dont get me wrong the others are also ok including Enzo, but these two ladies take the time to know the customers and thats worthy of my custom as a player and the one reason I continue to play there, it damn sure aint for the great play time or big wins.

I have only talked to Anna & the two words I can say is "TOP NOTCH"
To tell you the truth they should give her an extra bonus in her pay check for an out standing job she does.

im with Nate on this!!!!! Ellens awesome....the others are too.....but I spend the majority of my time with Swellen....and she deserves an award for sure.
 
Ellen is awesome..I hope 3Dice appreciates her..You really feel as though she is rooting for you..I have nothing but praise for both Ellen and Anna...I have never had any contact with Jared, so I cannot comment..:D

Great Idea Nate!! Why not recognize more outstanding annual achievements! A couple that came to mind (see link below):

Lol... Nash .. anyways, this is just aimed at recognising someone that goes beyond the norm to actually help someone and is professional and courteous when doing so. Very FEW come within a mile of that... The worst part is when you are having an issue / complaint / gripe... or the like and someone is arrogant...

My 2 Cents

Here is my 2 cents...and this is from someone that spends a hell of a lot of time there.

Ellen and Karen.

They make it super fun. They really know how to draw a crowd. The support from a personal level is top notch. That goes without saying. There is never a dull moment when either of them are on shift. They make it so fun and entertaining from the extra quickie tourneys down to the chat games. No question about it. For the ultimate in entertainment do not miss their shift. They will never let you be bored.

Anna and Enzo.

What can you say? Enzo is a creative genius. Not to stereotype ( or am I?) but usually those creative types are not business savvy. When he put Anna in charge I realized he was just as smart in that area too. I respect the hell out of Anna. In my book she is the best there is. No doubt about it. Its not only what she does..its the way she makes you feel. She has that gift.

Lance.

I put Lance in the same category as Anna. Lance is the kind of person that thinks out of the box to solve your problem. I can tell you that I was blown away a few times by him. He takes the time to follow up on some things that the others have not. Whether by phone or chat Lance is the one that follows through for me. No doubt about it. Lance always exceeds my expectations.

I agree with the play history. I do not like that there is no way for me to view it on my own. For me not to be able to view my play history leaves room for doubt.

I also do not understand why there are so many server problems. This does not make sense to me. I can understand it happening once or twice...but over and over? And for such a long time? Other casinos do not have this problem. I don't know much about the technical side but it would seem to me to either upgrade, spend more money..do something...make it go away. Its old already.

I would like to see an option where the chat would not open when you want to play tourneys. When Im doing my gaming thing, I do not want to stop and type and say hello and blah blah blah..If Im typing Im not spinning. And if im spinning and not typing i feel like im being antisocial which I am when Im playing. So the chat not opening would be a useful tool.

Alright. There ya have it. My 2 cents. The good and the bad and I could go on and on my but my fingers are itching....gotta go spin....

I believe there are quite a few Gone Gambling folks here. Little Bit, aka Trish, would be perfect as a 3Dice rep. Sounds like Ellen and the others are almost as good as she is!!!

I don't know anything about GG as I quit a long time ago, but if she is around, she would be quite the catch. Maybe someone can mention her to Enzo?

I dont know funeral....I was giving my experience but that seems like a really long time wait for them to give you logs...whom did you ask?

Enzo and Anna....I had to ask more than once.

I realise that they are busy people, but again, if you don't have some sort of way for a player to check hand histories themselves, these requests should be expected and fulfilled in a timely manner.

I have received logs from them...took a while because of the magnitude of games played.

Anna advised me that there is no feature built into the platform in order to pull the logs immediately, but she can send history by pulling a 'trace' on the account (which she then pastes into a document to send)..

Anyways, she has said to me that it was something that was noted and they would look into so that players are able to view their logs...
 
3Dice deserves all the praise they get for customer service.

But I have to agree that we should be able to see our play history without asking for stats.

There are lots of reasons I like to look at my history, and not just for my RTP. It doesn't have to be fancy and have a lot of images. But I like to be able to see what I hit when I went to the fridge on autospin, to see what my peak balance on a game was, to check how long between features. I like to access history from good sessions as well as bad.

They have a clever bunch over at 3Dice, I'm sure the tech team could put together something for us. If it is too difficult to integrate into the casino itself, perhaps we could access it from the forum?

I too would like to see an improvement in the server(s). It may cost a little, but 3Dice has grown a lot since I first joined.

3Dice is a great casino, but those two areas require improvement.
