thumbs up for 3Dice Casino, their support was extremely fast, friendly and professional with the answers to my questions.
Today I requested a withdrawal, receiving the money within 5 hours on my Skill-Account. This is the way it should be.

bwin.com - Really bad support, I contacted them for 3 times recently, twice I waited 4 days (!!) for an answer. The last one (sended on monday) is still not answered yet.
Withdrawal time also is poor, I wait now since 4 days. Usually I only play poker, on the big sites I am used to receive my money within 24 hours.
I am a customer of bwin.com since 6 years now but I suppose they never change those bad habbits treating their customers like their`re not welcome.

Check the Casinomeister Accredited list - I would play on those rather than BWIN.

I played a lot on BWIN in the past, when I was still able to play on .com. To be honest my withdraws always were pretty fast. Within 1 day it was processed, but last time I have the same experience as you have.

I play poker there, since we are in a seperated pool with just people from my country. Traffic is horrible, but the fields are very very soft.

What I can recommend you, is instead of mailing to their Customer Support, call them. I believe it is a free number for every country and they will help you politely and faster.

I did that a few times, and on the phone they really are quite helpful and they will speed things up for you, if you are a respected customer of them.

Their mail support is indeed worthless, and their answers are too basic.
