32Red Withdrawals

I made a withdrawal to my paypal account on 32Red's flash casino the day before yesterday, wasn't a large amount but thought I'd use it for tonight's plans.

So it gets to 5pm and it still hasn't hit my paypal account, now I check their Cashcheck tool to see if it's been 'processed', and indeed it has been, however it's been sent to my card, throwing my plans for tonight into chaos.

I 100% specifically asked for it to be sent to my paypal account and it gets sent to my card? The last time I deposited I didn't even use a card, at least the last 5 deposits have been by paypal.

Has this happened to anyone else? Seriously not impressed

Similar happened to me about 18 months or so back IIRC.

Was not 32 Red but was another MG download (Jackpot City (Digimedia))

Requested £100 back to my card (which I used 9/10) and for some strange reason they split it £50/£50 between my bank card and Paypal??

Only had made 3-4 deposits thru PP also .

I know there is some form of 'rule' where W/D cannot exceed deposit via payment method and also regarding last deposit method used to also be used for withdrawal but other than the 'rules' existence' I ain't that clued up - Sorry!

Strange thing is the winnings derived from a bonus, was from that promo where you select one of 2 teams and you play so many spins on a certain game (in my case IR) and the more spins you play the bigger the bonus you got.

At least I think it was from that, I know I didn't deposit that day lol. Strange.

Very! - I use multiple deposit methods @ 32 but always w/d back to card which they always pay to no problems??

Three reeler's on TSII are rarer than rocking horse shite, more common on Immortal, TFROL.
