32Red Why?

I have always wondered about 32Red.

Why are they so good? I have been here for 4 years now and can't remember how many bad threads there have ever been about them. Not very many.

To all you lucky people who play there, can you answer why is there casino so good, and why aren't there ever any "bad" threads on them?

I am from USA, I have never played there. I would like this thread to stay possitive, please no negative things about them. I was thinking if other casinos would read this (answers from the players) maybe they might take note?

I know customer service must be at the top of the list, but other casinos here have top notch customer service as well, but still get many complaints.

Does 32Red pay better?
Do you get more playtime for your buck?
Are their comps good?

Looking forward to your replies.

Great customer service, fast hassle free cashouts- request withdrawal on the evening and the funds are always in my account the following morning.

I am a Club rouge member and get a 100% cashable bonus every month up to $150 -You dont have to claim it all at once.

I deposited $50 once and claimed the 100% cashable bonus did really well and cashed out. I then claimed another $50 and was told that the terms say you cannot claim again if you have made a withdrawal-BUT- The CS rep spoke to a manager and came back that they will still honor it since I did not know about this rule- That is why in my opinion they are the BEST out there.:)

They have great service and fast cashouts. The only flaw I can find is that livechats are not mailed to you. (you have to copy and paste).

Decent match bonuses, the occasional freebie (I even got one when nicely ahead last year, after a long session with a decent balance that I played back), and the Slotmeister here is a nice perk.

Loyalty is okay, with a low playthrough. Even if you make a mistake and play a disallowed game on a bonus, it will only increase your WR, not void your winnings.

Even though payments are very speedy, they will flush for you.

As far as I know, all MGs (at least the non-US ones) play the same.

From what I remember (I did play there a bit in the past pre UIGEA) customer service is tops. They seem to understand players. They don't have weird bonuses and convoluted T&C & WR ... in other words, things are pretty straightforward and don't change every time the wind blows.

Well, for me I just like the fact that it is hassle free. You never havet o wait for a withdrawl, the support is excellent and also I like the Mg games. =)

However I did not know about the fact that u dont have to claim all the bonus at once, that u can divide it if u are in club rouge.. have to ask livechat =)

Edit - did speak with them and that is correct - wow wish i had known about this before =)

Some casino's have great CS, some pay fast, some have a great gamelibrary, some process on weekends, some are reliable, some have 24/7 support,
some flush withdrawls, some have great and fair tournaments.
32RED has all of that.
I admit that when I first joined this site a year ago I was a bit sceptical about all the positive feedback here, I had an account there already, played a few times and lost, so I kind of forgot about them.:o
But then decided to give it another go, and won, got paid superfast, so I started to play there more often, and I never regret that.
Whenever you contact CS, you contact a human beeing with knowledge, not a robot spitting out canned responses.

Even beeing a lowroller I feel I'm welcome there, never had an issue, always got paid within 12 hours, often less, and I mean ALWAYS.
Never any lame excuses, delaytactics, paymentprocessor issues, no trying to make you reverse, I win, cashout, I get my money, no matter if its tuesdaymorning or saturdaynight.

One example of how they handled a problem I had last year:
There was the Grand Slam of Slots tourney (the one with the million dollar top prize)
I won one of the feeders, a free entry and 5 free continues or rebuys.
But it appeared that I had to buy the continues first, then I could claim the money back later (Was in the T&C's). But during that week I had no cash at all, man, I felt so shitty about that!
Sent off a mail to Mark, explained the situation, and he credited my account with the money I could then (ofcourse) only use to buy continues!
Its customerfriendly things like that that make me a loyal player.

Now, after a year of playing there alot, I can only say, believe the hype, 32RED IS the best online casino, no doubt.:notworthy

And no, I do not get paid for this, its truly how I feel. :D

DARN...I was getting excited and was going to try and play them..Then you mentioned MG and being in the good ole USA I guess I cannot play there..:(

As per all the above really; Just a no bullshit, fast-paying casino.
Their games are EXACTLY the same as every other MG casino, their attitude is not!

And they give loyal "high-roller" players what they deserve, regular generous bonuses with WR Bx30 and unbeatable teams:

WOW to KK's post!!!

Are they the same to low rollers?

I haven't been keeping up with all the casino talk about USA. Is there a chance in the near future we will be able to play there? Or will this be a LONG drawn out process, with a chance of things staying the way they are?

Someone can just point me in the right direction, so we don't take away from the title of this thread.

I thought maybe if other casinos would see this, they might change their ways/bonuses/comps/loyalty/etc.

On top of all said in the thread (100% agree) there's some "extra" attitudes, as KK says, that makes the difference between good casinos and 32Red.

2 personal experiences during the last 2 years:

- A year ago MB closed my account when making a deposit on 32Red (these strange things MB do sometimes without reason, saying there have been a security violation). After emailing MB and no response during some days, Dale PM'd me (without been asked by me) and asked if I wanted him to contact MB through its MB representative --> 24h later my MB account was up.

- Some months ago, playing Cops&Robbers, game freezed with an "error unkown". I reported to CS and they contacted MGS. Once solved, the only technical possibility was to accept the win on the current position. I said to them that I was 2 position from the end, so theorically I'd lose a good hit. After consultation, they granted me the x500 hit, assuming I'd get it. :eek2:

No much more to say. These things makes 32RED be far away from any other MG casino.

Cheers

Very easy this > WIthdrew a good amount late yesterday. Its just hit my account now some 12 hours later. No hassle - no questions - just the bling bling. Oh and the CS flushed my account instantly on request no questions asked - just a congrats on the win. Each to there own but 32red is the only MG I play at now and in fact im down to 2 casinos these days. 32red and 3 dice. Both great out fits.

The WR terms aren't, no.
Those are only for Club Rouge members.

WOW! You were VERY lucky there then! :notworthy
The last 2 times I got the top feature on that game I only won just over x200 - getting x500 is by no means guaranteed.
Nice one!

32Red, unlike some others, TRUST their loyal players, and so do not try to make them jump through hoops to "prove" something before they will investigate. They don't tend to say an error is "impossible", therefore you must be lying, they will do their best to investigate. Where they find a player has suffered a material loss, they tend to overcompensate rather than get away with as little as possible.

One reason they can treat Club Rouge players so well is that it is an invitation only club, rather than a RIGHT of entry for meeting set criteria, such as earning xxxx loyalty points per month. This means they control who gets in, and who gets to have all games count 100%.

If a player does "take the piss" however, they WILL be taken off the list, but there will be none of this vague "prove your loyalty", they will tell you why you are off the list, and how to earn reentry to it.

They do NOT treat overall winners any differently to overall losers. This CAN lead to the odd situation where you can only ever play with the 100% monthly, lose overall, yet get "bonus banned". They expect players to take part in some of the other promotions, or even just have the occasional unbonussed session (win or lose, doesn't matter), in order to remain classed as "loyal".

It may be the ONLY casino group where you can even contact the CEO with an issue, and get a PERSONAL REPLY! (The CEO of 32Red is signed up here as a casino rep, which is one way). You also have Mark (marketing), and Pat (Operations director) at your disposal through the PM service here.

With many other groups, it is hard to get much higher than CS team supervisor with an issue, because everything has to first go through CS, and often this means management don't get involved, or take some time to address an issue (possibly because CS fail to forward the issue on).

id like to say , regardless of the op's question to not post any negative experiences, that i did have two questionable issues there as of late.
first i had an error too, in a freeroll toureny: contacted support and they said they would send it to tech and get back to me asap, that was a month ago and never heard from them again??

then, i recently joined a world cup promo, asked chat if i would get the extra 10 per goal scored of my picked team, on top of the deposit bonus it was a part of, and was told yes ( didnt save the chat unfortunately ) then to later find out it was not like this, id have to make another deposit on the day of the match, and then i would get the ten per goal, up to ten goals?

that dissapointed me, so i decided not to deposit there anymore.

guess there s two sides two every story.
might be of influence that im a lowroller...

The reason I wanted this thread to stay possitive is because I wanted other casinos to take note. 32Red is obviously one of the best, if not the best casino out there. I have noticed SO MANY negative posts on other casinos/other platforms, I thought maybe they could learn something. *shrug* I don't know if other casinos really care though.

Now if I could only play there!!! :sob:

Excellent customer service as has been said. There is nothing worse than hitting the brick wall of an incompetent customer services department (all too common at online casinos) and having to rely on them to communicate with people higher up the chain of command. Some casinos take weeks or months to resolve things that should take hours.

I believe 32red have a full and comprehensive understanding of EV and advantage players, and set their promotions up as such. One of the main problems some casinos seem to have is offering bonuses that are too generous and then having to resort to dirty tactics when they realise they are running out of money.

A lot of casinos seem to like to portray themselves as massive corporations, with loads of different departments etc, when we all know it's really just 3 people in a dingy office somewhere (:p ). Wheras 32red convey a more welcoming and personal image.

Agree

Been playing at 32Red now for almost 2 years i think. I agree with everything posted Above me.

To verify who i was, was done on the spot with no BS thrown in. First cash out hit my neteller within 12 hours which to me was a surprise i was expecting an email asking for extra info etc.

Customer service is top notch, you can ask them any question and they will take the time to answer and not give you the run around and they have a lot of patience with there customers.

They treat there players as a CUSTOMER unlike some casinos who just look at us as a money stream.

They pay all amounts in full including jackpots!! none of this $5,000 a week/month BS

They don't have a FU clause to confiscate your money and have not seen a complaint of them doing so.

I have had problems with tournaments before in which i have posted here but that is a MGS issue not 32Red.

And my only gripe now is i can't get my 2nd favourite slot Centre court to load on the flash version. :P

Cheers

Matt

anyone any idea what level of gambler you need to be to get an invite into club rouge ? (I only play video poker)

As far as I know- there are no set rules , if you have been a regular depositer, send an email and tell them you are interested in becoming a Club Rouge member- Thats what I did and I am a low roller but deposited regular, a few days later I received an email inviting me to Club Rouge.:)

Thank you all for mentioning 32Red in such a positive light - it means a great deal to everyone working so hard on delivering our service here. The fact that those contributing to this thread (and on this forum particularly) are qualified and seasoned players makes the compliments all the more valued.

We do try to keep tabs on feedback and commentary regarding our service and support so it's heartening to hear that we are still mostly getting things right, although there is always room for improvement!

I was sorry to read about incrediblestuff's disappointing experience and I have asked someone to take a look and they will be in touch with the player.

Once again, thank you and good luck at the tables (wherever you are playing)!

Ed.

I want to play there!!! :(

Ed, the reason for my posting was so that other casinos might take a look at your standards and learn from you. As I cannot play there, I had a interst as to why your casino is one of the best if not the best.

If USA ever gets it's head out of the sand, I will be the first one signing up.

Don't count on the USA getting their heads outta thier asses Just Play, this country is going to hell in a hand basket. All the troubles with oil spills, wars, and the economy and you would THINK the last thing on their mind would be where we are allowed to spend out hard earned money. It's ridiculous that we as well as processors have to jump through hoops to get paid from online casinos. Some mornings I wake up and just think, "why don't i just move to switzerland or something? "

WHY - when I click on 32red.com, do I get this on Norton-

I don't ever remember visiting a casino site which has been 'red x'd' before

I took part in the scoring promotion and choose Serbia. Yesterday I made two small deposits and today received an email offering me a bonus upon my next deposit because of Serbias scored goal. According to the mail the bonus is valid one day. Since I have no funds for depositing until next week, I asked them if the bonus could be valid for one week. The CS gave me a good-will-bonus of 10 because of the deposits I made yesterday. This kind of top notch customer service is one of the reasons why I play there. I am not in club rouge and only a lowroller.

Cheers Balky

Just to point out KK and to other players, you do not have to be a high roller to be eligible for Club Rouge membership.

I am a low roller but a regular depositer.

After sending an email to 32Red enquiring about Club Rouge Membership I recieved a reply stating that they would review my account.

The very next day I received an email inviting me to be a Club Rouge member.

So to all you 32Red lowrollers who have been depositing on a regular basis, its worth sending an email to see if you are eligible:thumbsup:

I don't think it's anything to do with you being a low-roller...Just one of those things. Whilst 32 Red's customer service etc is excellent, it's the one casino where I've probably had least luck to be honest. I did try them when I first became a member here but closed my account after a really, REALLY bad run.

All the time I've been here, the positives remain so I decided to reopen my account, only to hit bad run after bad run again, which included breaking my own record for most spins without a bonus on any MG slot at any MG casino (852 @ Santa Paws)...That, as it happened, was on the back of just 2 bonus rounds in 500 spins of which neither paid well.

So there you have it. Whilst it remains a very good casino on many levels, it's all down to luck at the end of the day. Mine at 32 Red has been non existent but that doesn't mean it's a bad casino.
