32RED whats happening?

I've been trying to play at 32RED for an hour now, but the games simply wont open anymore.
I can doubleclick whatever I want but nothing happens.
Banking also wont open.
Its the same at Golden Lounge and Dash.
Below the list of games there's a message flashing 'No upgrades available'
Tried to get to the website to contact support, all I get is 'page not found' and server error.

Anyone else having problems or know whats going on?

Cannot contact support through chat either, same thing, page not found.

Can anyone supply me with the mailadress for 32RED support please?

I'm soo afraid they blocked my country now due to upcoming regulation..

No, because I cannot redownload the casino, as the website is not available. Page not found, page not found, drives me nuts.

Called the phonenumber and support talked me through the process of deleting some files in the softwaredirectory and now its working again!
Still strange that I cannot reach the website, but those problems seem to be unrelated.

Again big for 32RED support!

I had connection issues yesterday, kept disconnecting from server quite a few times more so when I hit a bonus round!

I have had some strange problems there lately. I will load a game and most of it has Chinese symbols in all sorts of places (including the name on the tab) and I have loaded games and my balance has said $88,888,888 hahaha, think they will honour it?

I took screenshots but did not bother support as it fixes itself when I close and reopen the software.
