Hey

Been playing thunderstruck 2 on my laptop and phone (killing a bit of time with Thor as you do...), triggered the bonus 4 times on my phone. Back to playing on my laptop and I triggered the bonus again, looking forward to trying the next type of free spins and i was back at 1 again.

I contacted support on the site as i thought there was a problem with the progression being saved from my phone to my laptop. The adviser has said that it never saves between the two, so althought I am one player and it's all my bonus progression, I don't get to fully benefit from it if I use different tech to play it on. Yes I could play with just one if I am bothered but just wondering what other people thought of this.

It's the same for all Microgaming casinos; you have to start over if you switch from one platform to another (downloaded, on-site flash and mobile). You can unlock the bonus rounds on all platforms but you'll have to do it separately.

As for the "don't get to fully benefit" comment, you should know that all the bonuses have the same RTP.

Sounds mildly annoying, but understandable. It's a bit weird if progress is saved locally rather than on a central server, but there probably isn't much reason for someone to attempt to hack/exploit the save.

I'm personally not a fan of all this mobile stuff the casinos are always trying to cram down our throats - already got enough installed on the computer. Also probably not ideal against the "online gambling makes it easy for problem gamblers to get their fix" arguments.

I don't think we know this directly, but collected spin data from another poster on here has shown that they are all extremely close in value, if not identical. (The variance is different though.)

this sucks, cos that means if you get a new laptop/desktop or even change/upgrade the OS you have to start over again??

May be all give the same RTP but we all know we prefer one over the other feature

This is correct, the reason for this is each platform is run from different servers e.g Flash, Download and mobile etc.

No, it is not saved on your local machine (computer, phone or tablet) but rather on the server on your account.

I think I've been misunderstood here, I meant that once you build a few features up and can choose different options. Whereas because progression isn't saved from one platform to another you'd have 2 games saved at 5 and 10 instead of them both at 15.

I understand that it's just how it is, still a little annoying.
