Whine and Moan 32RED/Nedplay casino don´t care about old depositing players!

I have made many deposits and played alot at Nedplay, 1½ year ago...but that was before 32red took over.

I am glad I did not deposit or play after 32red took over!

I think you may have misunderstood Ben.
He didn't really say they don;t care about old depositing players....the keyword here: depositting.
What they don't care about, is people dropping in, and start begging for free money, which was obviously all you were after.
Sorry, but I don't see one thing wrong with what Ben said, OR the way he said it.
I think I would have told you, to go piss up a rope.

If you want to start a personal vendetta against, of all places, 32RED, I can guarantee you a total lack of succes and support... especially at this forum.

I have made many deposits at Nedplay, before they got bought by 32red...and they lost a losing player, who made more than one deposit a day the days I was playing there.


I am not a bonus whore...it is their loss.

They lost a regular player, over some free chips...jeez, I guess they are too big to care:rolleyes:

That's irrelevant. The rule is clear. The CM name was used as a threat. Not cool.

It was not a threat...the account was closed.
I asked permission to post the chat...I just wanted him to be aware...it would have been more uncool to post the (private) chat without telling him.

He brought the CM-name to the chat as an reason to play there...and here is what 32red stated, when the took over Nedplay:

The problem is that you came across as one. MGS Cashcheck records only go back 2 years at most, and when a Microgaming casino is moved to a different server, the cashcheck and playcheck records are lost, although they should be in the casino's own archive database.

After a takeover, the new company gets the player account data, but not necessarily all the old archive data, hence there will be "nothing on the system" from 18 months ago.

32Red policy is to give players bonuses on only one account in the group, thus if you were playing at 32Red with bonuses, you would not necessarily be getting them at Nedplay and Golden Lounge. Only after you have developed a history of deposits and play might management invite you to have bonuses on other accounts in the group.

This is a classic "catch 22" situation. You won't deposit until you get an inducement, but 32Red have no history from you that would allow them to consider your account to be included in the various types of promotion.

If they didn't give you a birthday chip last year, they are even LESS likely to this year after a further 12 months without a single deposit. 32Red don't care whether you lost or won, they offer bonuses based on deposit and playing history. You could take them for 50K in an hour, and STILL keep on getting the invites for all the bonuses on offer. MOST MGS casinos, even accredited ones, would drop you for a lifetime win less than a tenth of that, however "recreational" your play history shows you to be.

Something, just something, is telling me, that, the 32Red group will manage to survive after this horrific *loss*, great to see your operation (manners and courtesy bypass) was a success though .

How these CS guys have the patience to deal with these arrogant punters is beyond me, I would last around 5 minutes before losing it.
 
nedplay was joke before 32red came to the rescue. Nedplay original owners took deposits, never paid out, total thieves. 32Red came to the rescue, took over the casino, paid everyone their pending cashouts and made it all ok you prefer the OLD owners?? lol!!!

If you play at nedplay they will look after you, and you couldnt be playing at a more reputable or better casino. I just dont get you OP.

You want free chips because you deposited money 1.5 years ago,and then you threat them with closing your account?
Why should they even care,you havent played there for ages?:confused:
 
OP, no offense, but i find your behavior to the casino support unacceptable.

Even if you request something that's possible to be done, you owe to talk and behave like a gentleman, like the CS talks and behave to you.

32red is a well known, reputable and serious group that has nothing to hide against you. You're requesting some free chips for your birthday and the support team told you that they do not offer free chips anymore. You could just accept that and decide to open/close your account for your reasons. But there is no need to be aggressive and threat the casino support person that you'll post this to any forums.

I'm impressed though that the CS person was so patient and talked to you nice after your responses.

It's just some free chips you requested, nothing more, no need to be rude if your request is not affordable.
 
I hope you never have a real complaint. If I was Ben your account would have been closed before your request, and calling them arrogant is a bit hypocritical.

I would have made it only to his second comment before losing it, since his intentions were already obvious. Casino support is not a job I'm qualified nor could be trained for.
