This is my first post, so if i dont make sense...go easy on me :)

Does anyone know how to qualify for the 32Red monthly match bonus sent out each month? I used to get this bonus sent to me every month until i signed up and started playing at Dash casino.
I asked live help if it was because they both belong to the same group of casinos and they said no as you can have an account at each.
All they said was that i was not on the 32Red monthly match promotion list.
I asked them how come and they said they would have to forward it to the promotions team and they would contact me.
I never heard anything back from them and i have spoken to live help 3 seperate times the last couple of months and they just tell me that they will forward it to the promo department.
At the moment i cant afford to deposit hundreds of dollars, so its nice to be able to play that little bit longer on a small deposit with a 100% match bonus.
If only i could find out how to qualify...
Since being with 32red, i have deposited loads of times and have never been lucky enough to withdrawal.
Maybe there is an amount that you have to deposit in the previous month to be able to get the bonus the next month?
I deposited $50 in jan but was not on the promo list in feb, so you must have to deposit more than that.
If i wasn't so broke at the moment i dont think i would deposit there until i knew why i havnt been on the list since november, and how to qualify to be sent the bonus email.
It would be really nice if someone from 32red could contact me about this as live help is REALLY REALLY nice but i dont think their requests they have been sending for me have been getting through to anyone.

if anyone out there had the same problem or can share any light to my question, please let me know.

Thanking you kindly for your time :)

Oh okay, maybe that could have something to do with not getting it last month but maybe not because last month when i last contacted live help they still told me i was not on the promo list and there for i would not receive the invite email.
It just seems strange that since i signed up with Dash in october/november last year, i have not received the monthly bonus at 32red, only the dash $25 monthly match.
But anyway thanks for replying :) Happy gaming!

That shouldnt matter that you get the dash as well, I still get both.

You should just email support, say you play at Dash now more than 32Red and can you have your bonus there. I am sure they will oblige.

This will happen if you ONLY EVER deposit for the monthly match. This is looked at over time, around 6 months I believe, and then you fall off the promotional list.
Dash is separate, as the say, so you will get their monthlies for at least 6 months after joining.
The system is independent of whether you win or lose, and is initially automatic, however, support are clearly lacking here as it seems they have never followed through with the referral to management, who, incidentally, are members of this forum, so you can refer the matter yourself:D

Now, if anyone from 32Red reads this, make yourself a nice hot cup of tea or coffee - hot chocolate would be even better.

You will have to convinve them that you really DO value the extended playing time over the chance to win with their bonus ONLY, and never play at other times. It MAY be that your joining Dash, and again only ever depositing for the monthly match, has some bearing on this.

The longer you play at 32Red, the easier it is for them to judge you on merit, and it would depend on HOW you used their monthly match.
THIS is just the 32Red way, rather than confiscating your winnings for "bonus abuse" after the fact. It is fully compliant with Casinomeister's "management 101", which might explain why 32Red just keep on winning award after award here.

My suggestion is to contact the 32Red reps here, under the "I-Gaming Forum Representatives" above (look for 32Red). Since you mention 32Red in the subject line, they may well spot this thread and reply anyway, and if they see you are genuine about your issue, would probably give you a small free chip for you to play a little this month.
If you are low, but just want time, slots such as Thunderstruck can give a tidy return on small bets of 0.09 and 0.18 - enough even to manage to meet WR and cash-in. Munchkins can keep going and offer a chance of decent bonus rounds (40-100) from a 0.45 bet.
They may then allow you back on the list for a short while.

I am saying this from a position of experience. I was taken off the list after 6 months, but had just deposited 2000 and played one of their first scoreboard promotions. I asked for a review, and I was indeed told that part of the criteria was whether I had only ever played the monthly, and nothing else, but on the grounds that I had just deposited some 2000 and played a prize promotion, I was offered the match, and then put back on the list.
My suggestion, therefore, is to every now and then play without a bonus, perhaps when they run promotions that enter you into a draw for, say, free spins if you deposit & play a certain game - you may still get a bonus, if you win one of the prizes.

For anyone at 32Red, I hope you thought my advice was OK, but if not, feel free to update us with current policy, as this is from experiences some time ago, long before UIGEA, and when "bonus abuse" was grinding out at Blackjack, and was allowed. Did you enjoy that hot drink? Does this player seem genuine? Does he, and maybe even me;), merit a modest free chip?

:D

32 Red told me that the Casinomeister Carnival bonus substituted for their usual monthly reload last month. I expect that the monthly reload will be available this month, regardless of your history with Dash.

Thankyou for the info, i found it very useful.
I have deposited at 32red sometimes not using any bonuses but i am unable to see just how much because i cant find the 'cashcheck' feature in thier software to see how many times in previous months i deposited.
I am definantly not a bonus abuser though, (it's usually the casinos who take MY money ;) )
But i can see how casinos have to stay on the safer side of caution because after all, this is a business for them and they have to make money too just like the rest of us and no one likes getting ripped off :)
Bar the fact the last 3 times i have contacted c/s i never get an answer to my question, i have had nothing but good experiences with 32red,Im just not very lucky there but thats the whole game "Luck" you can never tell what's around the corner.
Last month i deposited $40 at dash (not using a bonus ;)) and was able to make my first ever withdrawal there of $300.
One of the main reasons i sign up with a casino is the fact they pay fast and 32red and dash are the best when it comes to 24hr payouts not to mention have the best reputation for any microgaming casino out there.
So back to my problem... Obviously by now i know (thanks to:lolup: vinylweatherman) that you have to deposit more often without using a bonus, so i would like to know how much more a month depositing with no bonus does it take to ensure you can get back on the promo list.
If its alot of money then ok, atleast i know so i dont have to keep wondering. The trouble is trying to find out :D
I am very down on luck at the moment and have blown the $300 and put it all back and then some at dash and some of the rival casinos ( THISISVEGAS is my fav rival ) So if 32red offered me any kindness i would be very appreciative AND vinylweatherman deserves more than me as i have been reading the forums the past couple of months but never gotten involved but i always see you helping a whole lot of people out there with thier problems :notworthy

Forget support, and PM one of their reps. They have a newish one, "Aaron@32Red", right at the top of the list. They also have "Ed Ware" here, the CEO (you can't go higher than this:D), and "path", which is Pat Harrison, and who was last on 20th Feb. They should be able to contribute to this thread discussion as to what might help players stay on the promotions list.

I am in the Club Rouge (not to be confused with "Club ROGUE":D ), and I seem not to get knocked off the list even if most of my deposits are for the monthly match. Every now & then though, I have a nice win elsewhere, and am tempted to have another crack at 32Red if I have had a bad run from the monthlies. Sometimes, I will wade in for one of their scoreboard promotions, but these need quite a stash, which I didn't have for the last one, so I left it alone.

Although it may well be OK to have the bonus at both, it probably looks "abusive" to take the monthly at 32Red, and then go and open an account at Dash and do the same. On the one hand, it gives you more playing time, but is also one of the indicators of a "bonus only player".
A personal account review from management is probably the best way to appeal this decision, which may well have been an automated one.

I have PM'd 'Ed Ware' so hopefully will know more soon.
With my dash account, i do claim the montly match bonus but i also had been depositing more than a few times each month without claiming any bonus, small deposits of usually around $25-$50.
But even still, you say that it lasts for 6 months and i signed up with dash in Oct last year so maybe im not depositing enough $$ in dash to stay on the promo list after the six month period either.
It will be useful to know the amount, as maybe if the amount is a little higher and im not on either promo list anymore, i could just stick to one of the casinos and deposit abit more instead of putting some on both and not getting anything.

I doubt there is a set amount, it is more likely about the pattern of play.
