Last time when i played i received an RTP of 50% and today probably less then 50%. I have lost 20 or 30 Deposits within 4 Months and the RTP is so low that i just want to close my Accounts but now their live chat is not available. I receive an error when i try to connect. This casino is trash and i will never understand why they are listed here.

Every casino is trash unless you are winning. Do you withdraw when say doubling a deposit? If you keep on playing hoping for a big win the house edge always tells ultimately and you'll end up busting. What games do you play? Nothing wrong with 32red aside from tardy withdrawals, decent casino and the best if you want Microgaming download games.

The casino has no control over how the slots play. They merely host them and take a cut of your losses.

If a place is unlucky, just take your custom elsewhere. Plenty of accredited casinos about that are more than happy to have you as a customer.

I went through a terrible 32Red phase for a good while, relative to the abundance of other download Microgaming casinos at the time.

Took me a fair while to get 'my games' to reciprocate, but they did in the end. I don't play there that often myself but have had some cracking sessions. It's just the luck of the draw

As others have said, we can’t influence the RTP to get you a win, but your connection problem is a concern - is there a particular error message you are receiving?

How about next time have a bit more discretion on naming your thread. Calling a casino "trash" won't get you anywhere - especially when they aren't at fault with your low RTP. Perhaps you need to read up a bit on RTP and how casinos can or cannot influence it instead of resorting to name-calling, newbie.

But they do not forced you to make deposits, they do not forced you to press spin button, and believe me - they do not have any influence on the outcome of each spin. Just calm down, accept your losses, and move further.

If I'm not happy with any casino - I'm just stop playing in this casino. Nowadays there is many really decent places at which you can play.

Maybe it was not right to call 32red "trash"
The casino may not be trash but a viper client that keeps crashing IS trash and a golden lounge bonus wheel that keeps telling me i do have a bonus when i don't is trash too.
I do know that it's not the fault of 32red that the viper client is outdated.

If I'm not happy with any casino - I'm just stop playing in this casino. Nowadays there is many really decent places at which you can play.

I've had good times with 32red but i have the strange feeling that it is getting worse. I don't even say that microgaming sucks or something like that because i keep getting nice hits like the mystic dreams x2000 last week when i played gday casino. I do accept my losses but comeone if you only get 15 minutes playtime because you receive an RTP of 50% then it really sucks.

I must say that the last 5 or 6 deposits I've made at 32Red have given me around 50% RTP.
Even a starting balance of £100+ disappears so quickly, playing IR at only 60p stakes. I think the lowest I had was around 43% RTP.

So I just stopped depositing there.

I’ve not had anything worth while or made a withdrawal at red for a few years. I too have had an aweful run with little gameplay. Eg £450 in over 3 months and nothing to begin to even consider a withdrawal. Free spins or good deposit bonuses are non exsistant and I’ve been a ruby red player for over 10 years... What happens if you have a withdrawl for 160.00 and they transfer 16000

Depends if you have previously deposited with a current debit card. I have experience of bookie taking overpaid withdrawals directly from my bank account linked to the debit card. Not sure how you would stand legally if u were to try and keep the cash though.
