The report covers 3 main areas; how accessible the team are and how fast they respond to queries, the level of product knowledge the team has and how they use it to provide the best service possible and then quality metrics such as personalisation and friendliness to make the customer feel welcome and valued at their room.

We also released a similar audit report last year for online poker, which is due to be repeated soon. The reports are all given out freely.

I rate their staff, when making enquirers always knowledgeable and helpful. Follow through with promised follow ups. Defiantly have to play there in the future I think.

All the positive feedback that members on the forum give them as well, looks like they really try to look after the community/players
