32Red come good again

yesterday tried to make a withdrawal at 32Red,thinking i had met the wagering requirements on a bonus only too find out i had not.Sent an email explaining why i thought i had met the wagering and they replied almost immediately telling me i could withdraw in full.I know they already get a lot of plaudits but this is outstanding customer service and the reason why they are so many people's number one choice.

No they have never been bad.I just meant that it was a really positive reaction to an issue.I probably could have worded the heading better.
