32red bonus and contact problems/computer issues?

Just wondering if anyone is having any problems scatching the new scratch card promotion. The promotion loads but the coin does not scratch anything. When I press skip game it simply does nothing.

In addition to this, when I go to instant chat, the window comes up and then stays on "connecting you to rep" for ages but does not connect.

Is there anyone out there who might know what is going on? I emailed 32red support and they requested I ensure updated web browsers, flash, and java. Have all of that. I also deleted browsing history and cache.

I figured someone here with far more computer knowledge than myself (which is pretty basic) may know what else I might do.

yep all you do is press skip and all will be revealed coin is rubbish.

Thanks for the reply Steveyboy. Unfortunately when I press "skip" nothing happens. It just sits there doing nothing, not even revealing a non-bonus . I thing 32red support have passed the issue onto their IT.

Try a different web browser.

Have you downloaded the casino? or playing flash based casino.

Maybe reboot your computer as well.

Have both explorer and firefox loaded. Only thing I haven't done is done a complete clean install. Cache and everything been deleted and casino reinstalled. I am hoping it will right itself with the next update of the casino. At least everything else works on the casino apart from the bonuses and instant chat.
