Afternoon all,

I've just finished a chase up conversation with 32Red after waiting for over 2 weeks from a phone call or email from the Operations Manager, who I was told was on holiday in Canada (fair enough, he's on holiday so I'm told he'll be in touch when he returns in the next few days).

I was promised that the Operations Manager would review and resolve the problems I had experienced at the casino, however I'm still waiting over 2 weeks later.

The Customer Agent today just seemed to rhyme off a load of corporate babble about 'we're number 1, voted the best' blah blah blah, when to be honest all I want is my problem reviewed and solved. I'm a dissatisfied customer and I just want my issues resolved thanks, not to be flanneled off by a load of scripted rubbish.

I appreciate that they're usually very good, but I think i've been blatently lied to this time and won't be playing there again - very very poor.

Hi Flyer, I have no idea what the problem is/was, but the Director of Operations was indeed in Canada. His name is Pat Harrison and he's an active member of this forum. Have you tried PM'ing him directly with the details of the problem? Here's a link to his profile, just click on send a private message, hope that helps, and that you get this worked out.

Hi Flyer

What exactly is your issue with the casino? Is it a deposit problem? Withdrawal?

Have you PM'd Ed or Pat in this forum?

It's difficult to offer an opinion or help without any further detail.

Pat's on the case!! (Quick Update)

Quick Update...

I've just received a PM from Pat, and have returned a PM explaining the full situation, fingers crossed for a speedy resolution.

Glad to hear it Flyer...

Hey Pat, you ever hear of a weekend? It's this thing where people take two days off, from like work you know? :D

Big thanks to Pat

The situation has now been resolved, and I'd like to say a big thank you to Pat for a prompt and excellent response from 32 Red.

Excellent news Flyer. All in two hours or so. And people wonder why Bryan has chosen them as Number 1 three years running? No big surprise here.

I'm glad your situation has been resolved. :)

Might be an idea to change the thread title then Flyer?.. Seems odd to have "32RED" and "Disgraceful" in the same sentence! ;)

Good call Slotster

32 Red is a good example for Player Standards that should be implemented by eCOGRA....problem is 32 Red is so far above eCOGRAs standards that it is silly for 32 Red to even place eCOGRAs Seal on their web page.

  2 thumbs up for 32 Red and Pat

Ha, funniest thing Rob! The first thing I did when everyone started mentioning Ecogra on the JF thread was whizz over to the 32RED website to see if they were 'accredited'...

In an unprecedented release 32 Red has just agreed to sent eCOGRA a copy of their casino rules and regulations on how to properly operate an online casino stating that eCOGRA can use all of their materials and standards free of charge.....:eek2:

If I were 32 Red I would at least charge something.....

For those of you who don't know already.......the above statement was not from 32 Red but this would be a nice gesture though...:D :D

In addition to 32Red, Intercasino is also not accredited.

Neither is PokerStars or PartyPoker. (Although they do have a bunch of crappy, 3rd-rate casino-affiliated sites listed.)

Apparently, the best way to see if a site is reputable, is to make sure it's not affiliated with eCogra.

I already posted this in another thread

the 3 good casinos that I still play at do not have the eCOGRA seal, from the 7 casinos that I closed accounts with due to problems 6 of them did have the seal, the stats speak for themselves :eek2:

32 Red

I feel their service has been great and also their ongoing customer communication. Their is a good reason probably that they don't want any connection to eCogra. eCogra as I have stated on numerous occasions is nothing but a seal that is worth nothing. A player can not count on them to enforce the rules they already have, never mind the rules that 32 Red uses. But thanks 32 Red for showing them what they should be enforcing and doing.

Also congradulations to 32 Red for 2005 Casino of the year.

Good going everyone.
