I won some money on a casino 2 days ago, and ask for a withraw via my instadebit account. 2 days later it's still pending, so i go to live chat and ask the person how long it takes to process an instadebit withdraw and she tell me that all withraw takes 3 weeks to process....

Don't you find that a bit excessive ? Btw it's one of the Recommended casino on this site....

A "bit" excessive isn't the right word! It's "very" excessive if indeed it applies to all withdrawals. Are you sure it's not only for first-time withdrawals where ID and docs are needed? Even then that is way too long...the most I'd come across was 14 and most will do first timers inside a week.

Or maybe she meant it takes 3 weeks to hit your bank?

Which casino?

When I was able to use INSTADEBIT... I had withdrawals processed in LESS than 5 minutes...

Since INSTADEBIT transactions are done directly through your bank account... and they are a third party processor (similiar to Neteller) no ID should be required for the casino to process your withdrawal.

14 days is totally ridiculous!!

I agree it's retarded.

However, while bonus-whoring, I've also played at places that took much much longer to cash out (I'm looking at you, Virtual Group)

Outrageously slow... for any method. Most half decent casino's will have a cheque on your doorstep within seven days if you so desire... When you get the money, I suggest an 'uninstall' and a shop around!

Thanks for the feedbaks guys. Before posting the name of the casino i have decided to wait 5 working days to see what happens. Cause on the site banking section there is 2 contradictory statement. The only one i saw when i signup was this one :

Withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 business days, except Firepay which will be processed after 6 business days!

Then there is this other statement :

We value your business and will do everything we can to offer as many deposit and withdrawal options as possible and to keep the time it takes to process withdrawals to a minimum. Please expect withdrawals to take approximately 3 weeks to process. Thank you.

A bit contradictory don't you think ? Anyway i'll see what happen after the 5 working days time. I asked for my withraw on the 27th.

It's not really very sinful, to post a complain and then didn't name the casino, because everyone want to know, when such things happens in any casino!

Not important, if the casino is accredditet or not, but maybe someone can tell you more, when he/she know, from which casino you speak!?

I know exactly which casino you are referring to as I am in the same boat! Withdrew last weekend and was really expecting it by this weekend at least (have nothing else to play with!) and then I find out it's going to take 3 WEEKS??? For $150? When Inetbet can do it in less than 5 hours? Give me a break! So many casino's are using the current situation in the US as an excuse to keep our money when the reality is that with SOME methods it will take longer but it is still completely possible to get it done within a reasonable amount of time. 3 weeks is so way beyond unreaonable.

Even though it's the weekend I would recommend PM'ing the rep. I'm going to. This is an accredited casino and we need to make it known that this 3 weeks to process crap is not ok and quite honestly if it doesn't change I do not believe they should continue to be accredited.

Why can't anyone name the casino?

I don't want to play in any casino, which takes so long for a withdrawal!

Is it a RTG or which one is it please?

Nope.. RTG. Las Vegas USA. Does anyone know who the rep is for this casino? Want to PM them but can't seem to find any info? Never needed to before, don't know where to look lol.

Different casino but HippoJo are being very slow at the moment. Currently waiting on the 12th day after withdrawing. All previous withdrawals have taken over a week despite the website stating a maximum of 72 hours.

That's why i never started to play there, except the free money bonus, but i don't play in any casino, which takes so long for a withdrawal!

I definitely won't be playing there again unless it changes.. I know they state the fact that you should allow 3 weeks to process withdrawls but I really thought (oh, how nave) that they were just saving their ass in case it took longer and would pay within 5 days.. which normally for me is still too long but I could handle. Live and learn, right? I do believe though that in order for a casino to be accredited their should be a max on withdrawl time.

This is part of the Main Street group, they were once Playtech, but went over to RTG so they could continue to accept US players.

I don't see why CANADIANS are subject to this 3 week delay, as such long waits are due to the difficulty in paying US players.

Perhaps they ARE going downhill, I received an offer a couple of weeks ago that required me to E-mail CS with a code - I'm STILL WAITING for the reply! Needless to say, I did not deposit, and neither will I now.
I played with them as Playtech, and withdrawals took nothing like 3 weeks, it was more like 5 days.

Does this group have a rep on here? I would love to PM them with my complaint instead of just doing it on the board, not that I think they'll care anyways...

Honestly though, can a casino really get that much buisness when it takes 3 weeks to withdraw??

Inetbet, I am begging you, pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee get Instadebit as a deposit option so I'd never have to play anywhere else ever again!!!!! lol

How to find a listed forum casino rep.

Look up at the top of the forum page. You'll see a link that says "Casino Contacts".

It will take you HERE

When there you can scroll down the list to find the casino/rep.

(For LasVegas USA and Vegas Casino Online, you're looking for "mainstaffiliate" on the left hand side of the page. There is also another listed -- I forgot the name -- who hasn't visited the forum for a couple of months.) However, I've found out that it's very easy to overlook a particular casino listing. While you're still at the top of the contacts page, go up to the top of your browser window and click EDIT. Then click "Find on this Page". I typed the word Vegas in the applet that opens up. Click "Next" on the applet and it will highlight each instance of the word, one at a time, till you find what you're looking for.

Let us know how it goes. Good luck.

Hmm...this sounds strange as well :what:

Also take note that any player that deposits and requests a withdrawal without having wagered AT LEAST 5 times the amount deposited will be charged processing fees in accordance with the deposit method used.
