Just got this from 21bet oh dear

We are contacting you to provide clarity over the recent email you may have received from 21bet. We want to assure you that your funds are safe and your pending bets and withdrawals will be honoured.

Because of the unapproved actions taken by 21bet yesterday, you no longer have access to your betting account. As a result, you are unable to request a withdrawal through the normal process. Because our customer services team is now handling an unexpectedly high volume of customer communications, we will need to migrate your account to another site on our licence to provide you with the level of customer support that you would expect to receive.

This will provide you with full access to your account, including your deposited funds and betting history. If you then wish to withdraw your funds from this site, your withdrawal will be processed within 1-3 working days. We would ask you to refrain from contacting customer services as we are currently migrating your account. Please bear with us while we make these arrangements.

Please Note: Further communication will follow in the next few days with the new website details and instructions about how you can access your funds.

To provide further clarity on the situation please continue reading below:

FSB Technology (UK) Ltd (“FSB”) are the licensed operator for the account you held on the 21bet website. 21bet are the brand owner and as the marketing partner they were responsible for driving traffic to this site. They are now using their 21bet brand and URL to promote another operator’s website. FSB does not have any affiliation or ongoing relationship with 21bet or their new operator, Incentive Group Limited.

At 17:00 on April 25th 2019, 21bet redirected their URL to this new website. At the same time, they sent out a communication to all players urging you to withdraw your funds from FSB and to re-register with the new 21bet site. The email was not approved by FSB and was not factually correct. In what we can only assume was a deliberate attempt to cause confusion, the “help@” email address that they sent is not a working address.

We apologise for the confusion this has caused. We can assure you that your deposited funds are ring-fenced and safe and are held in segregated bank accounts with us at Barclays.

We have already informed the Gambling Commission of the above. We will attempt to contact the new operator of the 21bet site to share your responsible gaming settings. If customers have self-excluded, have a closed account or are currently using our time out facility we would normally have already transferred this information to the new operator of the 21bet site. Any self-imposed limits you have put on your account will need to be reset if you chose to open an account with the new operator.

Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter.

Kind regards,
FSB Technology (UK) Ltd.
Gambling Commission license number is 000-022201-R-305119-017

A few months ago pirated NetEnt and possible novomatic software was discovered on 21Bet. It's super rogue.

I think I recall that and is why i posted the above.

Pretty sure though it was something to do with the differences between the .com and co.uk sites with the .com being some what rogue.

IIRC one of their representatives were trying to damage control by saying .com and .co.uk was not the same, although both were pointing at each others to such a degree there weren't really any doubt.

I received the same email, strangely within minutes of following the link in the first email saying I should sign up with the new site. I'm not sure entirely what's going on with them but for what it's worth I'd deposited several times on their old casino and a few withdrawals no problems and within 2 days - I don't know if I'll have the confidence to continue though considering this; I reckon the very least they could do would be by way of an extremely good offer on casino

Dodgy as anything, yet affilliates (including at least one on here) still promote them.

The UKGC license they link to from the new site doesn't list them as a license holder, so presumably they are operating illegally within the UK

Damn....that's pretty outrageous stuff. I wonder if the UKGC are actually able to do anything about it though?

Seems the new owners (or whoever sent the sign-up e-mail to existing customers) could be risking a UKGC fine for the wording of those messages. Even though it's a new license number, telling self-excluded players and/or those with deposit limits to reset them is a big no no.

In regards to the url not showing on the UKGC site, the public database is delayed. I have checked on the real-time API system and its showing as licensed under 'Incentive Group Limited'

My personal promotions for 21bet were suspended many months back, and I don't intend linking to them until this mess is sorted. As of last month, they owe around £50,000 to affiliates.

Lets not forget, despite them claiming in the other thread they aren't connected to the .com site

Outdated URL (Invalid)

Maybe @21BetAffiliates would like to explain why the support email address is .com when they stated

We would also like to confirm some of the confusion from earlier in this thread with regards to 21bet.co.uk and 21bet.com. They are separate entities with 21bet.co.uk operating under FSB’s UK Gaming Licence on a platform provided by FSB. 21bet.com operates under a Maltese Gaming Licence and Curacao Gaming Licence and on a separate platform entirely to 21bet.co.uk.

@21BetAffiliates you also stated back in November you would provide an update in the coming weeks regarding your pirate games, it's 6 months later now.

Oh what a tangled web we weave....

The Internet doesn't lie. Just a few Google searches and a couple of visits to

It's the same people using 2 different licenses, UK and Malta. Are they still denying this?

But you've chosen to promote a new site from the Incentive Group just recently, even giving it an extra push on Twitter a couple of weeks back....

Looks like you are promoting them to me? Have they made a statement about the fake games, transferred the SE etc over to the new platform and paid all affiliates now?

And the highly regarded bCasino who are completely rogue
I thought affiliates weren't allowed to have a link on here if they promoted rogue casinos @Casinomeister ?

3.4 - Linked Websites The linked pages must not advertise casinos listed in the Rogue Pit. If Casinomeister subsequently rogues a casino, a webmaster is not obligated to remove that casino but will seriously consider its positioning. Strategy and System pages must not claim or imply that a player can beat a game with a house edge with this system or strategy. This refers to the Casinomeister Philosophy that all systems are bogus. The websites linked via the signatures will not have any content that can be considered "offensive" (see rule 1.5). Linked-to sites must display ethical behavior.
