Hello everyone, new here. I guess I’m posting this to help with my anxiousness and log my experience. If that helps anyone then great.

So, over the past month I have stupidly deposited £5200 into 1red9037.com

The other day I hit a huge payout of mummyland treasures and found that my balance reduced from £4000 to £200 as soon as I wagered the £5000 requirement. Apparently, the bonus I received had a max win of £150 although this wasn’t stated and all other bonuses have a max win of £10000.

Well, whatever… I went on to win £1200 with the remaining £200 left in my account. My withdrawal has been pending since 21st December. I’ll update any progress on this.

Next up, same day actually. I went on a site named 77goldenmister.com

I deposited 50 euros and got a matched desposit bonus. Won a couple of hundred and played through the wager requirements. Full balance stayed in my account. Lovely!

I then went on to win £4400 with my balance (no bonus). They have a max withdrawal of 400 euros per time and each time takes up to 36 hours. Again, I’ll update the progress of this.

I expect this to be a long journey. I’m actually scared they will just disappear and the money will be gone.

Anyone had any experience with these sites? Chances of me getting anything? I was considering raising a dispute via my bank against the transactions for the full £5200 if they fail to payout.

Hi Dan,

Neither of these casinos should be accepting play from the UK. The reason they add the numbers to their URLS is to circumvent their original licence and operate in unlicensed jurisdictions.

Golden Mister seems to be a fraudulent unlicenced casino. A small search on Google would have given you the details to avoid these places to begin with.

Golden Mister is listed on Untrustworthy Pilot as having fake reviews. Their contact email address is a Gmail address.

I'm sorry, I am not sure if you will get your money from Goldenmister.

P.S I've reduced the size of the images.

Have a look at this article:

Just to update. We’ve had a cancellation of my withdrawal on Christmas Day of all days! View attachment 215301View attachment 215302
Yes sadly the predictable bullshit bingo has started there.

It's simply stalling tactics to get you to reverse and lose your balance. Nothing more, nothing less.

If you persist with your audacity in trying to get paid, you may find the account arbitrarily suspended or another excuse will be invented about responsible gambling or bonus terms etc.

After that, they'll simply ignore you altogether.

Read this post below to understand how they work, especially #8 in the BS Bingo list:

It sounds like you are being served up the mini-list of bollocks right now.

Well i didn’t expect this… Not in my account yet but it looks promising! View attachment 215420
We see this sometimes - google picks up players complaining here, the casino sees it and suddenly the withdrawal is sent...

Obviously cannot say that for sure in your case, but we have seen it occur in the past.

Take what you can get paid then run away like the wind.

Still nothing from 1red but got my second withdrawal from golden today. Also won another 2k. Let’s see how long this lasts for. Withdrawals have been taking about 36 hours. Both in my bank 👍🏼

At what point did anyone mention losing more money? I’ll continue with my thread thanks
Hi buddy I’ve currently recently joined and I’m in same boat as you waiting for my withdrawal to be accepted I’ll keep you posted when I get an update can I ask what you got paid back with it Beeing in dollars do you get the £400 or are there fees ?

The Sign Up Bonuses have large max wins of ~£10k. The reload bonuses they send out subsequently have individual caps and some are very poor, such as the one you had.

1Red should pay out although if there is no persisting cap rule. It can take a couple of weeks to get verified. if you are still stuck a week or two into 2026 the PAB team can probably help. The site uses the softswiss platform which usually is usually a positive when it comes to PAB efficacy.

Just to update, I’ve mananged to get £1750 out of golden mister since winning. I still have €4000 euro to go. It takes almost exactly 36 hours per request.

I’ve started the chargeback against 1red. Withdrawal is still pending, useless chat. I’ve only done it for £3000 of the £5200 I’ve put into their site because the other deposits was around a time I was on multiple sites which actually paid out. The bank have refunded me the money. I’m slightly nervous about the whole process.

Still nothing from 1Red. The transaction has been pending since 22nd December. They message my daily, asking why I’ve stopped betting.

I have however, successfully completed a charge back for half of my deposits to them and awaiting the other half.

I got £2800 in total out of golden bet before getting bored of the €400 every 36 hours and just gambled the rest away.

Can I ask what was your payment method and therefore where were they depositing the money. I’m in the same situation with 77GoldenMister and I have been verified, two payment methods verified and all 5 payments requests have been rejected after they get to the verification stage. As soon as I request a withdrawal, it goes to pending for 36 hours and then accepted then rejected.

How were you able to get them to pay?
