I won 3000€ last week and make 2000€ withdraw because that is daily limit. I have verified my account. Live chat promise withdraw in 48 hours. I made withdraw last tuesday or wednesday. That allmost week ago and i havent got money yet. Live chat doesnt know anything. I have send 2 emails and havent got any answer there. One day chat told that i will get money on friday evening after 8 or at least saturday morning but nothing happens. I have still 1000€ at my account because i cant make new withdraw if one is already pending. I hope help with this situation.

I would not have much hope. Curacao casino with super low max withdrawal limit. They will delay and stall as long as they can in the hope you will play it back.

There's always the first time for everything, unfortunately. Don't play the money back, maybe they will pay one day.

There is little we can do from here as Curacao casinos typically do not care much.

I see you posted here about 7 minutes after you submitted your PAB on this. That's a violation of Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures , item 2.3.

Furthermore this isn't your first PAB so this one would need to be against an Accredited casino, which 1acasino certainly is not: see Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures, item 1.2.

Needless to say your current PAB will be discarded. Please (re)read and respect the PAB rules if you wish to use our service in the future.

Finally, I strongly recommend you play at better casinos. Judging from the casinos you've been complaining about you have been finding them in all the wrong places. Looks for Accredited or Certified casinos at a reputable and trusted site, you'll save yourself a lot of grief.
