I'd like to make everyone aware of the following 15 scraper sites. I had a site that enjoyed high rankings in the search engines until a few weeks ago when my search engine positions dropped by 700+. Upon looking into it further, I found 15 scraper sites (all promoting 888.com) had made use of my free articles and posted links back to me on 1000s of pages.

If you or any webmasters that you know have also written any gambling related articles and suffered lost search engine rankings in the last few weeks, then they may want to check these sites and make sure that your articles aren't being scraped at these sites.

Thanks LandofOz. I'm contacting Tradal to see if it's one of their affiliates.

The affiliate account of the webmaster who was promoting 888.com via 15 scraper sites was finally shut down. Thank you Casinomeister !!!

I'd like to report 8 more scraper sites:

Don't worry too much about these scraper sites as far as google is concerned. The Google 'Big Daddy' update is like it's wrestling counterpart aka Shirley Crabtree.

It is kicking serious major backside as far as spam sites and scraper sites are concerned. Hopefully it will be fully rolled out by the middle of Feb :)

Another scraper site promoting 888.com
www.partyanimalsdc.org

Here is the ironic thing...

if an affiliate who was promoting 888.com via the CPA model proved to be unprofitable and ended up costing 888.com a few hundred dollars, then chances are that his/her affiliate account would be closed... but if an affiliate was to scrape someone else's site and cost that person THOUSANDS of DOLLARS in lost sales, then he would get a slap on the wrist ???
