Hi bros out there, I recently had a problem with 10bet.
I'm new in here , hope bros out there all over the world able to help me out .

About a month ago , I signed up with 10bet deposited about $8000euros in total and brought me balance up to $38000euros. But when I sign up the account as a newbie, I did not go through the rules. And to my horror I found the withdrawals limits is only $2000euros weekly.

Til date I have receive 3 payments and they are quite prompt with it and their customer service live chat replies fast but are there any ways I am able to withdraw the money faster, as I need 18weeks just to fully withdraw it all?

Can somebody help me out here! I'm feeling helpless...
Spoke to everyone I can in 10bet. But no one is able to help me.

Should I continue to play? And does sending a request to IBAS help?

Regards

If it's in their T&C no one can help you I'm sorry to say.

"22. All Casino and Games winnings withdrawals are limited to €2,000 per week. Casino VIPs have no withdrawal limits."

At least this will give you time to think about what to spend your winnings on. Just make sure you don't play it back.

Just want to check with you guys whether this is common practice, and what if I stop playing now. Will they allow me to withdraw all my winnings?
It's fairly typical for casinos to limit withdrawals like this, but it's not liked.
Yes, if you stop playing now you should be able to withdraw all your winnings. If they don't pay the remainder come back here and tell us.

Hi bro,

But I need 20weeks to withdraw everything...
Are there anyways you think I can negotiate with them and I take back maybe 85-90% in a lump sum. Is it possible in your xperience and opinion?

does filing a IBAS complain help?

As I said if it is in their T&C no one can help, sorry.

I strongly doubt IBAS could do anything. They will probably tell you the same thing as I told you. But feel free to try.

Bro,

How about casinomeister or sportsbookreview? If I engage them to help me nego with 10bet?
I feeling so helpless now and even thinking of approaching my uncle for help as his a lawyer...
But I do not wish to turn it into a big hu-ha unless I'm left with no choice..

Sure! Hope brother Pedro able to help me out as I really don't wish to wait 5-6 months just to get all my money out and I need some of the funds urgently too.

I'm still a newbie in online casino... Thank you in advance !!!

No probs bro, maybe the Meister might be able to pull some strings! :) (See my post above.)

Brother Pedro, I have tried but the meister mentioned as long as the casino is paying they are adhering to the rules. But I did ask the meister to help me negotiate a deal with them and still waiting for results.

Well, that's really the best help you can get here on CM I'm afraid. I don't think I can offer any further advice.
As for the negotiation you will have to wait until it's done.

... I did ask the meister to help me negotiate a deal with them and still waiting for results.

Just to be clear I did not agree to negotiate anything. What I said was tell me what you want to offer them and I'll forward your request, that's all: passing the message along is NOT the same as "negotiate a deal". In fact once I do pass that message along I'll ask them to contact you for further discussions at which point I will step out and leave it in your hands.

FWIW, you haven't specified the details you want presented to them so I'm still waiting.

I will update you again if there is any news thanks bro

Right, you made a catastrophic mistake by being a relatively large depositor and NOT checking the Terms and Conditions, which as you found out are frankly pathetic when it comes to withdrawal limits. I know the CM accredited list gives the cashout limits but I would advocate a 'not suitable for high-rollers' caveat on some sites, although in your case you didn't appear to be at CM before joining 10bet.

I sincerely hope you aren't tempted to forfeit some of your winnings out of impatience and say do a deal to take $25000 in one hit and give them back the remainder. This just sends out the wrong message and may encourage other sites to do the same - no genuine player should ever have to 'buy' a withdrawal.

Bro, I think there some miscommunication and I misinterpreted the earlier message by maxd bro. Till now I'm clear of what you message me. I hav forwarded the details to ur email.
Noted with thanks.

Good day to all, I just manage to bring the balance up to $95000sgd = euros $60000
The meister is helping me to link up with 10bet. Hope Im able to get a deal out of it.
Which i believe the meister is awaiting for reply from 10bet currently.

Don't be mistaken the meister isn't helping nego with them is just helping me linking up with 10bet.
Which I believe meister reputation and experience is better than mind.

Thanks and regards

I just had a quick look at their T&C's, and I noticed VIPs don't have any withdrawal limits.

You'd think, at your level of play, they'd make you VIP by now.

Or perhaps they only upgrade when there's no pending withdrawal?

Please stop playing, or soon there will be no payment to process!

Hi Freddy,

What you meant by there will be no payment to process? They are not gg to pay or...?

And also by this time I believe I should be a vip but when I asked them about it, they will just try to shun me off... So I believe... Only players who lose a lot will become a vip..

Now I need 31-32weeks which is 8 months to fully withdraw everything...
Meanwhile I guess I can only wait for Meister's good news before I bring it to the next level...

Yup bro I understand...

Thanks for your advice, any other advice on withdrawal? That's giving me a real big headache now!

Cheers

You need to consider the possibility that they will not budge, and that they will stick to their low weekly payments.
It will not be end of the world, in fact I would love to be in your position :p

I'm not quite sure how their banking operates.

Do you have to make each payment request manually, or do the casino manage this for you?
If they do, I would look into locking my account until all installments have been paid.
You should be able to exclude yourself from play, for say 8 months.
This will be part of their responsible gambling program.

Chances are, if you continue playing high stakes for months, you'll lose it all.

Freddy

Like others have pointed in this thread, perhaps the right thing to do is exclude yourself from further play until all instalments have been paid. From there on you can negotiate and see whatever is possible to make them speed up the withdrawal. You agreed to their terms through by playing at 10Bet, so if they don't turn you into a VIP or make an exception, then there isn't much you can do but wait.

Look on the bright side though. You've won almost 100K! An amount most of us only can dream of.

Seems to be you're getting bored through, and you kept continue playing. Although you got lucky and almost doubled your original amount, you should really just stop playing cause your luck can and will change sooner or later. If you're a high roller then this can happen any time. Would hate to see someone lose all over again. You're in an excellent position, stop playing immediately and wait for further updates would be my advice!

Alright bros...

Thank you all for ur advice ...
I guess I got to wait for an arrangement to be firmed up and meanwhile try to stop playing.

Cheers

Meanwhile I guess I can only wait for Meister's good news ...

I think you still do not understand. There will be no "good news" from me because I have asked the casino to contact you directly to discuss this, assuming they wish to.

In other words there will be no news from me because I will have no news to offer. Not now, not ever, assuming my requests to you and the casino to leave me out of this are respected.

If you want my advice STOP PLAYING until this money issue is settled between you and the casino, one way or the other. They are waiting for your good luck to end and your winnings to disappear back into the casino. When that happens this whole discussion of your winnings will be pointless, won't it?

Bro my good news meant 10bet's reply to your message to them that they will reply me to, not directly from you.
thanks for your advice, hope casinomeister's reputation and the linking up will be of great help resulting in good news.

regards

That is some good advice but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears.
I would like to add that the house has the edge so if he continues to play the odds are that he will lose.

Hi bro,

from today on i will listen to your all your advice bros and stop .

thanks for all the replies, assistance and help.

Right, the OP has (despite winning again) shown a huge sign of weakness by playing again with his pending balance. He now has as much chance of becoming VIP as my cat has - 10bet will be rubbing their hands in glee.
This is only going to go one way - he'll spunk it all and the casino has won, via their utterly lamentable withdrawal limits.

10bet are NOT a suitable site for high-rollers. In fact for medium rollers either. I have a sneaking suspicion that they will only grant VIP status to whose whom have lost significant amounts previously, enough to cover almost any amount they win subsequently.

My advice is if you are craving for gamble, go another gambling site-one from the accredited casinos list, and ask CS to limit your deposit to $100-$200 a week. And you can have some fun with the money you can afford to lose.

Quite suprising that you are not VIP there yet. I play much less than OP, but I was VIP at the casino I mainly play at-I lost my VIP statue becasue I'm having a little bit of break from gambling at the moment.

Anyway good luck with OP, hope you can get all your winnings in your bank account without giving back to the casino.

guys, I have stopped playing since yesterday...thanks for all the advice as im still a nob in the online casino ....

To my disappointment, just to let you guys know 10bet has rejected me to withdraw all my winnings all at once and i have to use 8months to withdraw everything.

And as for the VIP portion, I agree with bro dunover that someone can be a vip only if he loses a huge amount and not by winning a large amount. as the site did not clarify with me on the vip portion and t&c's stated about vip is not clear on the site(very gray)...i believe i have no choice now but stop playing and collect my winnings for the next 8months.

Regards
