Howdy Yalls,
I just wanted to quickly write about my experience at 3dice lately and ask how others have been doing there. Let me start by saying I trust no one else in this industry (besides Casinomeister of course) more than 3D. On that front I have to say I have been entirely satisfied with almost everything in regards to deposits and of course the very rare cashout. I also should say that I am at about 100 losing deposits since my last cashout without even a hint of a cashout at this time, and have been playing with them for well over 1.5 years
I have had several cashouts along with 100's and 100's of deposits. I would say my deposit to cashout ratio is about 25-35 deposits before a cashout. I play everything from $0.15-$2.00 / spin and play almost every slot they have with the exception of slotro because I think it is a scam. Average deposit is probably 30 bucks. When such long amounts of time and such huge amounts of money go into such everlasting losing streaks, sometimes it feels appropriate to be comped on play. I have played multiple RTG casinos and they always seem to do really well on comping losses. 3Dice however does not. Their comps are miniscule compared to the entirely epic losing streaks in between. Maybe I have just been spoiled at the club world casinos, but I truly feel that this is an area that 3dice could improve on.
I also have to say that while many may disagree, I do not feel that customer support goes above and beyond. There are several members of support that go above and beyond but I have had several issues with them that has left a sour taste in my mouth. One example that comes to mind is recently when I contacted 3Dice through Casinomeister to ask for a review of my account ( I believe this was during this neverending losing streak). About a year ago, Enzo would personally reply within a day. Those days are long gone. After several days of no response, I sent another email. Once that emailed was ignored for several days, I went onto their site and spoke to one of the reps. They said they would leave a message for a manager. After another day, still no word. I contacted them again and explained that I had been trying to contact a manager for almost a week and no one had gotten back to me. I told them that I had also contacted support through livechat and they said that they would leave a message. My acct was then reviewed with absolutely no mention or acknowledgement of the time it took to respond.
Another thing that irks me is that around 90 losing deposits or so I asked to have my acct reviewed again. This time I was told that CS would leave a note for Anna. Several days go by and I check my acct and log in regularly. No word, no comp. After a few more days I get in contact with CS and they tell me she wasn't able to add anything. This is the type of thing that I feel 3dice used to be very good at. If a longtime depositing player has a question regarding very poor luck, it seems like it would be appropriate to get in contact with that player and at least let them know that they couldn't add a comp at that time.
These are 2 of the 3 times I have been ignored by the management when I came to them with problems regarding gameplay.
I don't know what I plan to do as I do truly love playing at 3dice. I just feel that the games are tighter than they should be lately and anytime a player goes on a hundred deposit losing streak, you'd think management would be able to do something better than the occasional $5 comp. I am very frustrated at 3dice right now but who knows what will happen. At this point I am not even sure that I have a question, just needed to rant as I have been holding it in for ........well for about 90 deposits.
All the best to you all, and if 3dice reads this, I just wish you would have taken a little bit better care of an extremely unlucky player who plays there often. A little extra attention would have gone a long way.
