Do all play lines have to be active? For e.g. games like pimped you can play on just one line.
Do the winnings have to be from raw money or being on bonus money also counts?

All bets counts, does not matter the betting size.
No games are restricted.
Post any screenshot you like, that's the purpose of the competition
It's the multiple that counts, one line, 20 lines, does not matter.
The win can be from real money or bonus money, both counts.

Must be some bug ... I contacted twice and both times live chat was available in less than a minute

I've seen people are posting several screenies at the same time, but I assume that it's just one win/person in the contest and that the rest is just for show.
