We have zero formal complaints that have been submitted concerning Slots Capital, but the forum does have some mixed reviews. It looks as though any complaints that have been posted in the forum were worked out before ending up as a formal PAB. Just to note, there is an active rep in the forum, and we have direct communications with the operators and casino staff.
First Impression
On first glance, Slots Capital Casino doesn’t look anything too special – and like many of the online casinos owned and operated by Deckmedia Group N.V., the site relies on a pretty old-school (some would go as far as to say out of date) design – although when it comes to functionality, things work as they should.

The big banner picture on the site is about the only thing that looks current, and aside from some neon lights illuminating the page, there’s not much else.
The primary navigation menu, for example, appears out of place; it has nothing distinctive about it, and the typeface chosen for the text is also fairly antiquated.
Furthermore, several information pages, such as the responsible gambling page and the bonuses and promotions page, include unformatted text that appears out of place. It’s not the worst thing in the world, but it does have an effect on the general appearance and feel of things, and the online casino’s design is a far cry from what you’d find at more modern, user-friendly casinos.
Moving on to the mobile casino, we were startled to discover a download option when we initially visited the Slots Capital Casino website from our mobile device. However, it’s crucial to note that this is a button on the main version of the website that allows you to download a desktop client; it does nothing when hit on a mobile device.
Overall, the mobile casino performs admirably – however, we repeat our criticisms of the main desktop version of the site: everything is antiquated, and we believe it might benefit from some update. I just wanted to confirm AGAIN that if you claim a bonus, you absolutely must know the terms. It isn’t right to scream “FOUL” afterward. It is free money, and many of their promotions do not deduct the bonus dollars from your payments when you win. I had queried my VIP host on the Mice Dice scenario where you bet $6.25, and $2.50 is a mandatory/compulsory side bet totaling $8.75.
He confirmed, as Ms. Sloto did in the other thread, that the side bets or compulsory bets do NOT count when it comes to your overall betting at their sites. This $6.50 per bet limit when taking a bonus is the standard rule at all their sites, Rival, and RTG software. So the $8.75 scenario is fine, and you have not violated the $6.50 per spin maximum bet limitation when taking a bonus from them.”
