Slots Capital Review

One of the few Rival casinos that we like

By Casinomeister Jan 9, 2023

Casinomeister's Verdict

Slots Capital Casino is an online casino that’s owned and operated by the Deckmedia Group, and they’re one of the company’s only casinos to run on Rival Gaming’s software. Rival isn’t the most popular or well-known game developer in the world, and their software is typically found at online casinos who operate in the US market.

Slots Capital Casino offers players the chance to play more than 180 different casino games and video slots and while there’s no live dealer games available the game options available are pretty impressive. Keep reading our Slots Capital Casino review to find out more about the online casino and what they have to offer.

First Impression

On first glance, Slots Capital Casino doesn’t look anything too special – and like many of the online casinos owned and operated by Deckmedia Group N.V., the site relies on a pretty old-school (some would go as far as to say out of date) design – although when it comes to functionality, things work as they should.

In order to write this Slots Capital Casino review our team of online gambling experts worked hard to look at all different aspects of the site – and the first thing they noticed is that the site operates on the Rival Gaming platform – one that’s not overly common today, but one that offers players a wide variety of games – ones that you don’t tend to see at conventional online casinos (i.e. those in the EU.)

Players from a wide variety of countries are accepted at Slots Capital Casino, although those from the following countries are not able to create an account or play at the casino: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bhutan, Brazil, Canada, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Guam, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Mexico, Moldova, Netherlands Antilles, Pakistan, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan, Virgin Islands(US).

Slots Capital Casino is licensed in Curacao – and this may be a turn-off for some players, but we should point out that not all online casinos licensed in Curacao are bad news – you just need to make sure that you’re choosing a casino that’s got a good reputation – like Slots Capital Casino. In fact, Slots Capital Casino was, at one point, an Accredited casino here at Casinomeister.

Slots Capital Casino bonuses are generous- and there’s a great welcome bonus on offer to new players. You’ll find yourself able to use a wide variety of payment methods, and while withdrawals aren’t the fastest in the world, the customer support team tends to take care of them within 48 hours.

Let’s kick off this Slots Capital Casino review with a look at the main bonuses and promotions – including the welcome bonus – that you’ll find at Slots Capital.

  • Great selection of Rival’s games

  • Generous welcome bonus promotion

  • 24/7 support

  • Powered by Rival

  • Crypto friendly

  • Flaccid licensing jurisdiction

In their own words: “Slots Capital Casino offers the most attractive casino bonuses to their players out there. You will be treated with a generous no deposit casino bonus of $7 (T&C’s Apply) from the very moment you sign up. That’s absolutely no deposit needed-what a great way to get started! There is no day going on from then on that Slots Capital Casino games are not provided with chances to pick up extra rewards. At Slots Capital Casino, luxurious deals and rewards are a regular thing, with daily and weekly chances to catch free spins and discounts being what keeps their players loyal forever!”

In the next few subsections of this Slots Capital Casino review we’re going to be taking a look at the various bonuses and promotions you’ll find at the site – and we’ll kick things off with a look at the main welcome bonus that’s offered to players.

Exclusive offers

Welcome Offer

Slots Capital realizes the importance of offering players a decent welcome bonus promotion, and that’s one of the reasons why they allow new players to claim up to $2,777 in bonus funds when a user first joins the casino! One of the things we’ve seen many casino sites doing recently is splitting their main deposit bonus promotions up into multiple parts. However, Slots Capital has opted to do the complete opposite – and you’ll find that they simply offer one main deposit bonus which is delivered in the forum of a rather quirky 277% matched deposit bonus up to $1,000. This means you can, when depositing $1,000, claim up to $2,777 in bonus funds – although the minimum deposit is just $20, so you don’t have to be a high-roller to take advantage of this offer, either.

When it comes to the wagering requirements, most deposit bonuses today carry wagering requirements of around 35X. However, Slots Capital has really low wagering requirements – just 15X – and this means you can claim the bonus without having to worry too much about breaking the bank or depositing more money than you’re comfortable spending! The promotion’s full terms and conditions can be found on their main bonus page which outlines all of the relevant terms.

No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers

While some Deckmedia sites do indeed offer no-deposit bonuses, Slots Capital isn’t one of these sites – and at the time of writing you won’t find any no-deposit bonuses on offer. If this changes in the future we’ll update this review accordingly.

VIP and Loyalty Programs

One of the most important aspects of any casino for players – especially those that plan on playing a fair bit – is the VIP or loyalty program, and that’s something that Slots Capital does offer – even if it’s not anything overly groundbreaking.

The VIP scheme at Slots Capital is really quite simple, and it’s developed around a tier-based system. There are four different tiers in total, and the more that you play – wager – the more comp points you’ll earn, thus working your way up the VIP ladder. Of course, each tier you level up awards you a higher level of perks than the previous one – and this can include things like loyalty points, a larger birthday bonus, along with special monthly cash back bonuses and promotions which are exclusively reserved for VIP players.

Bonus Terms

Sign up process

Slots Capital attempts to offer players as many payment methods and banking options as possible and you’ll find yourself able to make deposits using most major debit and credit cards including VISA and MasterCard – and the casino also accepts American Express which is quite unusual!

In addition, there’s a few EWallets available to use at Slots Capital, including Skrill, Neteller and Ecopayz. All deposits are credited to your Slots Capital account immediately, and there’s no fees or charges to deposit money into your account.

Withdrawal Speed

When it comes to withdrawals, Slots Capital doesn’t offer the largest selection of payment methods, but you should find yourself able to cashout money in a way that suits you – and the most common withdrawal methods at Slots Capital Casino includes Skrill, Neteller, Ecopayz, Easy EFT and a bank transfer – known as a Wire Transfer in North America.

If you are cashing out a particularly big win – or find yourself unable to use any of the more conventional withdrawal methods for any reason – Slots Capital also offers players the chance to withdraw via cheque. However, there’s quite high fees attached to this payment method (often as high as $100) and the speed at which the withdrawal will be processed is also a lot slower when compared against most other payment methods.

Slots Capital states that their finance team will try to process all withdrawals within 48 hours. However, like many North American-facing casinos the reality is that it can often take a few days longer than this – so you should expect to wait around 2-4 working days in total for your withdrawal to be processed.

Responsible gaming

Slots Capital Casino takes responsible gambling seriously, and they have this to say on their main responsible gaming page:

We want to ensure that you always enjoy your experience at Slots Capital Casino and we actively promote responsible gaming. That’s why we ask you to always play responsibly. Online Casino Games can be great entertainment, provided you stay in control. We will always endeavor to help you if you find yourself in difficulties, but always remember the use of this site is for entertainment purposes only and should not be used to supplement your income. Make sure that the decision to gamble is your personal choice. Establish what constitutes an acceptable loss before starting to gamble. In order to assist our players in gambling responsibly we have provided the following information.”

Of course, it’s easy for a casino like Slots Capital Casino to say this – but we believe in looking at action as opposed to just words, so we created an account at Slots Capital Casino to check which responsible gambling tools are actually available to players.

There’s a few main tools available to you, the first of which is the deposit limit function. This lets you set a cap on the amount of money that you’re able to deposit into your Slots Capital Casino account on a daily, weekly or monthly basis – although you do, unfortunately, have to contact the customer support team in order to set this limit up.

While deposit limits can be incredibly useful and beneficial when it comes to helping you control – and manage – your online gambling, for some players limits alone aren’t enough to ensure that their gaming experience is safe and hassle-free, and that’s why Slots Capital Casino offers some other responsible gambling tools as well.

The first of these responsible gambling tools is the self-exclusion function. Self-exclusion allows you to completely block access to your account on a permanent basis – although it should be noted that you’re only able to enter into a self-exclusion agreement if your account has no pending withdrawal. This, we find quite strange.

You can also opt to take a shorter break from playing if you prefer. This lets you shut access to your account for a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 6 weeks. Both the self-exclusion and the time-out limits need to be set by contacting a member of the customer support team, which is something we’re not big fans of, as we just mentioned.

Customer support

One of the most important things any player should look for when joining an online casino is the customer support facilities that are available, and while it may sound like a relatively mundane thing to be on the lookout for, you would be surprised just how irritating it is to join a casino only to find that when you run into problems or need help you are not able to get the support that you need in a timely fashion.

That’s why, in this section of our review, we are going to be taking a look at the customer support facilities on offer at the casino – and from the offset, we were happy to see that the customer support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This means that it does not matter what time of day or night you are playing – if you run into problems at the casino you will be able to get help.

The easiest way to contact the casino’s customer support team is to use the live chat facility. This is accessed by clicking on the speech bubble icon which is positioned in the bottom right-hand corner of all screens, and once you click this button, a small pop-up window will appear. You will then be prompted to enter your question, and you will be connected to a member of the customer support team within just a couple of minutes.

This customer support representative will then talk with you in real time and stay with you on the line until your problem or query is answered and/or resolved. We thoroughly tested out the live chat portal when we were writing this review, and the lady that we were connected to was incredibly helpful and friendly; she went out of her way to answer our questions, and we did not feel rushed or pressured at any point in time.

Now, if you are playing at the casino from a mobile device, you may not be able to open the live chat window. In this scenario, you will be pleased to learn that it is possible to contact the customer support team via email, too. However, email response times can take up to 48 hours, so it should only really be used in times where you cannot utilize the live chat portal.

Over the course of the last few years, one of the major changes we’ve seen in the online gambling world is the introduction of know your customer (kyc) checks – and these have become somewhat of a staple point at virtually all online gaming sites as online gambling regulators become increasingly concerned with who’s actually using their site. When you play at Slots Capital Casino you should expect to be asked to complete one of these know your customer (kyc) checks  although the exact time at which you’re prompted to submit the required documents can vary quite a lot depending on how much you’re depositing and whether or not you request a withdrawal.

Slots Capital Casino carries out identification checks to ensure that players using the casino are above the age of 21 and also to ensure that they haven’t previously held an account and chose to enter into a self-exclusion agreement, for example.

When Slots Capital Casino requests you to complete a know you customer (kyc) check you’ll be asked to upload a copy of your ID along with proof of address. One you’ve submitted the required documentation the casino will try to process your documents within 24 hours – although during particularly busy periods at the casino it can take up to 48 hours, and possibly even more if you submit them over the weekend or on a bank holiday.

Website Experience and Features

Desktop and Mobile Gaming

The functionality of the main Slots Capital Casino website, as well as the mobile casino, will be discussed in the subsequent section of our review. First and foremost, Slots Capital Casino’s desktop site, like virtually other Rival casinos, isn’t the most modern-looking, and we believe it’s fair to state that there’s a lot to be desired here, as it just seems out of date.

The big banner picture on the site is about the only thing that looks current, and aside from some neon lights illuminating the page, there’s not much else.

The primary navigation menu, for example, appears out of place; it has nothing distinctive about it, and the typeface chosen for the text is also fairly antiquated.

Furthermore, several of the information pages, such as the responsible gambling page and the bonuses and promotions page, include unformatted text that appears out of place. It’s not the worst thing in the world, but it does have an effect on the general appearance and feel of things, and the online casino’s design is a far cry from what you’d find at more modern, user-friendly casinos.

Moving on to the mobile casino, we were startled to discover a download option when we initially visited the Slots Capital Casino website from our mobile device. However, it’s crucial to note that this is a button on the main version of the website that allows you to download a desktop client; it does nothing when hit on a mobile device.

Overall, the mobile casino performs admirably – however we repeat our criticisms of the main desktop version of the site: everything is antiquated, and we believe it might benefit from some update. Nonetheless, the games load swiftly, and contacting the customer support service via live chat is simple.

Brand games

As mentioned throughout this review, Slots Capital is powered entirely by Rival Gaming’s software. This means you won’t find any casino games or slots from other game developers or software providers – and while for some European players this may seem bizarre, for those who are used to playing at North American casinos it’s not really anything out of the ordinary.

Slots Capital Casino offers a pretty standard selection of Rival slots – and while the game library isn’t anything groundbreaking, there’s enough variety to suit the vast majority of players. All of the slots at Slots Capital Casino can be found under the ‘slots’ tab, and, at the time of writing you’ll see titles like Baby Boomers Cash Cruise, Catsino and Gobbler’s Gold making up some of the most popular games at the site.

One of our only real complaints with Rival’s slots is the fact that they haven’t really caught up to what we’re used to seeing from game developers today. For example, take more modern software providers like NetEnt and Quickspin; these providers are constantly putting out really high-quality content, and the games from Slots Capital Casino simply don’t look up to the same standards.

That being said, most of the game developer’s video slots tend to have quite decent RTPs, and their bonuses and features can be fairly exciting – so it’s not all bad news, that’s for sure.

Live Dealer Games

Unfortunately, Rival doesn’t currently produce any of their own live dealer games, and they’re yet to partner up with any other online gambling software providers, which means that when you play at Slots Capital Casino you won’t find any live dealer games to enjoy.

Naturally, we feel this is a shame as live dealer games are something almost all players are looking for today. In fact, many players are actively going in search of live dealer games when they choose a new casino, so the fact that Slots Capital Casino doesn’t offer any isn’t a particularly good look.

However, we’d hope that this would change in the future – and if and when it does, we’ll update this Slots Capital Casino review accordingly.

Table Games and Video Poker

Rival Gaming offers a fairly decent range of casino table games, and this includes poker-based games, other games – and of course, video poker titles. At Slots Capital Casino you’ll find Rival’s full portfolio on offer, and this means you’ll be able to access more than 15 table games in total. These games can be found under the ‘table games’ tab.

One of the most popular games you’ll find is Baccarat – and this version of the classic French casino table game allows you to enjoy a wide variety of stakes, so both low-rollers and high-rollers can enjoy the action on a budget that suits them.

Craps is another game offered by Rival Gaming – and this is actually quite surprising to see, given the fact that today, so many casino sites choose not to offer Craps. Unlike Baccarat, the Craps game at Slots Capital Casino requires a slightly higher bet – but that’s not really an issue given that it’s only a few dollars you need to wager per game, and when you’re playing Craps the game rounds tend to last a fairly long time!

Progressive jackpots

Slots Capital Casino offers a pretty decent selection of progressive jackpot games – all of which come from Rival Gaming, naturally. The progressive jackpots at Slots Capital Casino can be found under the ‘jackpots’ tab, and you can also search for them directly by name.

At the time of writing we found around 18 different progressive jackpot games to enjoy, and these can all be found from under the progressive jackpots tab. The most popular progressive jackpot game, at the time of writing, is Diamond Rhino – and this video slot also features the largest progressive jackpot amount, totalling $302,785 at the time of writing. As the name suggests, the progressive jackpot video slot is themed around Rhinos – and the main bonus round is triggered by landing 3, 4, or 5 of the scatter symbols anywhere in view.

During the bonus round it’s possible to win the progressive jackpot randomly – and there’s also a free spins bonus round which sees wins multiplied by up to 5X when one of the diamond wilds land in view. Other popular progressive jackpots at Slots Capital Casino include Jackpot 5X Win, Major Moolah and One Million Reels BC – with progressive jackpots varying between $2,000 and $25,000.

About the Team and History

Slots Capital Casino was first launched in 2017, and the site is owned and operated by the Deckmedia Group – a brand that operates more than 12 other online casino sites including pretty major names like Miami Club Casino and Sloto Cash.

Slots Capital Casino is built on the Rival Gaming platform which means that all of the casino games you’ll be able to play are, indeed, from Rival Gaming. The site has long managed to attract players through offering one of the most generous deposit bonus promotions we’ve seen in a long time – and the number of Slots Capital Casino players has steadily increased for years, thanks to these bonuses and promotions along with a great game range of solid customer support.

Complaints and Track Record

Slots Capital Casino is quite a popular site here at Casinomeister – and below, we’re going to share some of the good (and bad) comments we’ve received from players over the years:

First, Marie2473 had the following to say: “I was craving some rival and made a small deposit at Slots capital. had a lot of gaming time and even managed a small withdrawal.

This was yesterday.. Slotocash was always very fast back in the day so I was surprised to not see the money in my account this morning but gave it a few hours. During the afternoon I contacted the rep here and just asked how long it usually takes now and got an answer that they now have a pending period of 24 hours unless you ask it to be flushed..

But then he ended with “the money has now been transferred” The money was in my neteller half an hour after writing the message!”

And here’s what Hoff1985 had to say about his experience at the casino:

I really need to say again how pleased I am to be playing at Slots Capital and Slotocash. Slotocash: I often get free chips (of course it’s because I never cashed out on RTG), and great bonus offers.

Slots Capital: I won a couple of times, of course from then on i got a bit “worse” bonuses, but if you have some kind of a vip level you still get very fair and nice bonuses (even if they aren’t as good as the others), and still from time to time free chips.

I just want to call that out one more time. I’m so pleased with all the support also from Mrs. Sloto here in the forum. I don’t know if you guys have that too, but besides 32red for MG this is the only place where I really feel safe, treated fair and as a good customer.

I can always be sure that if I have a bad streak, that I will get a nice bonus or a free chip from time to time. That keeps me going back. Also every time I need customer support, or try to flush a withdrawal, it works great. Of course on the Slots Capital one i have to wait at least 24 hours, but that’s fine if i know they flush it after it pretty much right away. If you haven’t tried Slotocash or Slots Capital. Do it now.”

It isn’t always good news, however – and here’s what a member called Diane had to say:

The other thread on this got really sidetracked and there is considerable questioning going on about the OP and what really happened. I was glad to see Ms. Sloto jumped in to offer to review the matter and get it settled.

I just wanted to confirm AGAIN that if you claim a bonus, you absolutely must know the terms. It isn’t right to scream “FOUL” afterwards. It is free money and many of their promotions do not deduct the bonus dollars from your payments when you win. But some of the bonus requirements are labeled as “sticky” and bonus dollars are removed from winnings.

I had queried my VIP host on the Mice Dice scenario where you bet $6.25 and $2.50 is a mandatory/compulsory side bet totaling $8.75.

He confirmed as Ms. Sloto did in the other thread that the side bets or compulsory bets do NOT count when it comes to your overall betting at their sites. This $6.50 per bet limit when taking a bonus is the standard rule at all their sites Rival and RTG software. So the $8.75 scenario is fine and you have not violated the $6.50 per spin maximum bet limitation when taking a bonus from them.”

Despite some issues here and there, generally speaking the online casino has a good reputation – and we’re happy to recommend them to all of our readers, provided you live in a country that’s able to join Slots Capital Casino.

From the desk of Max Drayman

We have zero formal complaints that have been submitted concerning Slots Capital, but the forum does have some mixed reviews. It looks as though any complaints that have been posted in the forum were worked out before ending up as a formal PAB. Just to note, there is an active rep in the forum and we have direct communications with the operators and casino staff.
