Bitguruz Casino Review
Promises of instant crypto withdrawals and a stacked games lobby
Casinomeister's Verdict
Bitguruz entered the market quite recently under Guruz Group Ltd, a Belize-registered company operating under an Anjouan licence. It is a single-brand operation so far with no sister sites or established network behind it, which makes its track record thin.
On paper, the pitch is reasonable: 3000+ games, fast crypto payouts, and 24/7 live support. In practice, it’s more complicated. There are player complaints online, including withdrawal blocks on “duplicate account” grounds that the casino is claimed to have not substantiated and a “provider verification” hold that kept a player’s funds frozen for two weeks with no clear timeline.
The “instant crypto” headline also needs context. It holds for small amounts only. Try larger withdrawals, and you might trigger a verification process that can stretch 14 to 30 days. Don’t know about you, but in our book, that’s a long way from “instant.”
The responsible gambling toolkit is thin even by Anjouan standards. The Anjouan license itself offers players limited recourse, as disputes are resolved by the Gaming Board of Anjouan. The feedback from players who have tried that route is not encouraging.
None of this makes Bitguruz an automatic avoid. The gaming library is genuinely strong, support is responsive in normal circumstances, and there’s no evidence of systematic non-payment.
But it is new, lightly regulated, and some terms are worth reading carefully before you sign up. All in all, proceed accordingly.
In case you’ve played at Bitguruz before, head to the forums and let us know if your experience was any different.
3,000+ slot games
From the Desk of Max Drayman
Not much at all on Casinomeister regarding this new casino, pretty standard stuff there.
The casino’s licensing is Anjouan. Anjouan has been hyperactive on the scene for a couple years now and the verdict so far seems to be “meh”: players report that the jurisdiction does little or nothing with issues taken to them. Whether Anjouan will eventually prove to be foul or fair is, of course, unknown. For now what we can say is there’s not a lot to inspire player confidence insofar as licensing goes.
Self-exclusion is pretty much a blank page at Bitguruz: nothing more than “players can request a time-out” is said on the subject. And finally, Dispute Resolution is not only restricted to a 7-day period after the inciting incident but “disputes shall be exclusively referred to and finally resolved by the Gaming Board of Anjouan”. The word we have is that players mostly get a lot of nothing from that process. The end result of all this is that the player is left dependent on the individual operator’s reputation. This is very much the same cul-de-sac that players have had to accept from jurisdictions like Curaçao and Costa Rica for donkey’s years. So, “not great” is our conclusion here: there’s no reason to expect the worst but “player beware” is our advice.

Inaccessible VIP programme
Bitguruz Casino Bonuses and Promotions
Loading up the bonus page, you’ll find a good hoard of ongoing promotions.
With that being said, Bitguruz does run a fairly tight ship, and the small print switches up depending on the bonus. Some bonuses have a 30x wagering requirement, others have a 3x requirement, and no-deposit bonuses have a 60x wagering requirement. Timeframes for completion have a quick turnaround too, with anywhere from 24 hours to seven days being the norm at Bitguruz.
You might find BGZ mentioned on the promo page, which is their internal bonus currency. Thankfully, there are some handy FAQs explaining how all this works in more detail. In theory, it acts as a dedicated bonus wallet pegged to 1 USDT, designed to separate promotional funds from real money and control how bonuses are used.
However, in practice it comes with strict conditions such as activation deadlines, short usage windows, wagering requirements, betting limits, and cashout restrictions. TL;DR it functions more like a tightly controlled bonus system than a freely usable balance.
The bottom line is that while there’s plenty of variety, a magnifying glass over the small print is essential compared to other casino bonuses you may have claimed before.
VIP and Loyalty Programme
Separate from the bonus page, your VIP programme at Bitguruz can be found in your account settings.
It’s a progressive eight-tiered system that you’re auto-enrolled in. Points are earned through wagering, starting at $7,500 in bets and scaling up to $25,000,000 for the highest tier. Judging from all of it, this isn’t the most accessible VIP programme, and the perks don’t outweigh the money spent putting into it.
Your best approach is to focus on playing the games you actually enjoy, rather than chasing the VIP programme directly. VIP progression is tied to your overall wagering activity anyway, so if you naturally reach higher levels over time, it should be treated as a by-product of regular play rather than something to aim for.
Banking & Payment Methods
With 30 ways to deposit, it seems bizarre that Bitguruz would only offer 13 withdrawal methods. That said, they still cover a range of payment methods, including physical cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and crypto. This includes popular methods such as Visa, Apple Pay, Skrill and Bitcoin.
Minimum withdrawal amounts are $25, which is definitely on the steeper side, while payouts are capped at $1,000,000/day, $2,000,000/week and $5,000,000/month. This offers plenty of flexibility, especially for those seeking high roller bonuses.
The site does mention a per-transaction limit of $2,000, which is more representative of most players. The ones who will never touch those quoted high ceilings.
When it comes to withdrawal times, your fastest option by far is crypto, with an expected wait of only an hour. E-wallet withdrawals are expected to take up to 24 hours, while card payments max out at five days. We are fans of speediness, but it might not be ideal for those not using crypto. Just to make matters worse, you might also run into withdrawal fees, too. On the withdrawal page of your wallet, you can calculate the fees by looking at the small “fees” button.
Bitguruz can ask you to go through their KYC check “when necessary”, which is slightly odd. We recommend submitting documents immediately after registering to avoid delays, as the casino can take up to 5 days to process your request. They’ll ask you for the usual: proof of address, identity and payment, and you can upload all of them using your account portal.
Responsible Gambling
Bitguruz ticks the basic responsible gambling boxes, but it stops well short of anything particularly robust. Deposit limits and self-exclusion are a good start, yet the toolkit feels pretty bare compared to what more tightly regulated operators offer, with no obvious mention of things like reality checks, session timers or loss and wager limits to actively help players stay in control in real time.
Instead, the emphasis leans more on general advice and external support links, which places a lot of responsibility back on the player rather than building stronger in-platform safeguards. In short, it reads less like a fully developed safety system and more like the minimum framework needed to say the right things.
Customer Support at Bitguruz Casino
Customer support at Bitguruz has got you covered with email support and a 24/7 live chat if you run into any issues.
We reached out to both to see whether they can resolve customer issues. Starting with live chat, we click the purple chat icon in the corner and enter our name and email address to kick things off. We were instantly connected with an agent at such a rapid speed that we thought it might be a chatbot. Confirming it was a human, we asked our question about withdrawal fees. They were able to explain how they work and what to expect from each payment method and amount, rather than just giving a flyaway answer. All good on this front.
Email support definitely exists with a slower pace of life. But not by much. Clicking ‘Customer Support’ in the footer automatically opens up your email app so that you’re ready to write your email. This is surprisingly streamlined and genuinely helpful. An email response came back within 12 hours, which isn’t breaking any records, but does the job if email support with a paper trail is more your speed.
Bitguruz Casino Experience and Features
Bitguruz website’s design is minimal and functional. It features a dark theme, clean navigation, and no distinct personality. Your eye is drawn to the logo briefly as it seems to hint at something more thematic. However, the site doesn’t follow through on it. Generally speaking, it gets you where you need to go without friction, which matters more than visual candy.
After looking around the site, we noticed a few contradictory pieces of information. Nothing major, but misadvertising and overshooting the number of games and providers you have erodes confidence when we are trying to figure out how straight you are playing it. This did put a slight dampener on this casino review.
As for where you can play Bitguruz, you’ll be sticking with desktop and mobile browsers, as there’s currently no app for either iOS or Android. This isn’t the end of the world, though, as it operates equally as well on the smaller screen. Don’t expect any mobile perks or moving game tiles, just a streamlined, bog-standard casino experience.
Brand games
Bitguruz Casino Game Providers
Bitguruz only features 37 providers, which is considered relatively low compared to so many other online casinos. Still, you can find popular providers like Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Evolution and Playtech.
Alternatively, you’ve got a few of up-and-coming names that have developed large followings for slot lovers. For example, AvatarUX is known for its PopWins mechanic, while RubyPlay and Onlyplay have been expanding rapidly in the crypto and international casino markets.
Bitguruz Casino Slots
Despite the game providers being on the lower end, the same can’t be said for the slot titles at Bitguruz. In total, you’ll find over 3,000 games, which is by no means a small number. The slot navigation is great too, with different categories surfacing your search results, such as High RTP, Popular, and New Releases.
Just from the popular games category alone, it’s obvious that Bitguruz has high standards for its game selection. You’ll find the Big Bass series, Gates of Olympus, Rainbow Princess and many more. All great slots, with varying bonus features and themes.
Live Casino
The combination of Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live running the games lobby is always a good sign. Spread over nearly 400 games, you’ll find baccarat, blackjack, poker, roulette, sic bo and game shows. Operating on high-quality streams, there’s plenty more variety than we first imagined when we loaded up Bitguruz, especially knowing how slim pickings of the provider variety they’ve got.
About the Bitguruz Casino Team and History
Bitguruz is one of the latest horses out of the gate, entering the casino space in 2024. The parent company, Guruz Group Ltd, is registered in Belize and operates under an Anjouan licence (no. ALSI-202505027-FI2). As newcomers, the information about the casino and company seems to be a little hush-hush, especially as they don’t seem to have any sister casinos either.
We’ll be keeping a watchful eye as they further establish themselves into the industry.
Player Comments on Bitguruz Casino
It’s not unexpected for a new casino to not create too much noise on our forum page, and it’s usually a relatively positive sign as it means that the operation is going smoothly. Either that or no one is signing up.
In one thread, the following contradicting comments have been made about Bitguruz.
Hubbadubbadingdong: “It is a scam”
SYPlayer95: There appears to be genuine comments about folk receiving payment and some complaints are marked as resolved. I wouldn’t say this was a scam initially.”
Complaints and Track Record
As it stands, there’s currently no PABs about Bitguruz. Not a single one. Again, this might be a positive sign or it could mean that players aren’t necessarily flocking to signing up.
