The word we have is that players mostly get a lot of nothing from that process. The end result of all this is that the player is left dependent on the individual operator’s reputation. This is very much the same cul-de-sac that players have had to accept from jurisdictions like Curaçao and Costa Rica for donkey’s years. So, “not great” is our conclusion here: there’s no reason to expect the worst but “player beware” is our advice.
