In terms of improvements, Chumba’s lack of tournaments, VIP benefits, and social media giveaways is a noticeable lack for a sweepstakes casino with this much skin in the game. Additionally, they should make an effort to feature real-time chat and phone support. 

Finally, Chumba’s age limit shifting from 18 years of age to 21 years of age feels arbitrary given that most sweeps platforms haven’t made the same changes.
