To begin, lest the 'but(s)':
I fully recognize casinos may revoke bonuses at any time for any reason without cause. And I fully appreciate and have enjoyed a bonus plan for quite some time.
Ok, that out of the way.
For some years I've given GUTS my loyalty with near weekly deposits and every month, forgoing plenty of other worthy casinos and fully supported them, despite the lack of responses and participation here and their slow downward slide. I've further, not being an affiliate with no reward, have sent them many players (here, FB, home, family, friends)
However...
I feel like a person and number rather than a valued player with my summary 'dismissal'.
I went to deposit and discovered my bonus plan was discontinued.
Again, their preogative.
The kicker however, was the rep acknowleding, that as a loyal player, I should have been informed in some manner that as of Dec 31st it was discontinued after years of use and loyal play as opposed to coming in to deposit and find out it was.
I did get an email....only after the fact when ready to dep.
And again..it's ok in regards...their choice. I've no claim to expect it in perpetuity. I HAD expected some sort of courtesy to have gotten at minimum a heads-up.
But wasn't.
So, sure, fair play.
Bummer? Yeah.
Poorly executed? You betcha.
So, same courtesy given.
If anyone asks, yes, GUTS is somewhere to play, where you'll be paid and fair terms.
But conversely, I'll place my reputation, references and referrals somewhere else. If put to me, where to play, I'll be looking toward CM award winners this year.
