I cannot comment on the matters of anyone’s personal account here too in-depth for obvious reasons, but a player should be informed about changes regarding his/her account. We will review internally what happened and hopefully avoid this in the future. Failing to inform a customer on changes in one's account is a mistake on our part and I’m sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused.
Promotions are still running regularly on Guts. Unless you are referring to our Pay n Play sub-brand GutsExpress, where our focus is on offering a simple, fast and “no hassle” -style of the gaming experience for the players. Currently, however, it’s only available for players in Sweden, Finland and Germany.
