Yggdrasil glitch, Leovegas says there is no problem

Hi leovegas game golden monkey glitched on me. Support have been telling me there was no problem. They wouldve got away with their scam if i wasnt a streamer recording the session. I have it on video, they forced me to post on youtube. So watch it for yourself, see how "there is no problem" with it.

So whats come of this since its pretty obvious it effected the outcome of pay/winnings?

I don't know, their "specialists" have been investigating for 2 days. Funny how they take the deposit instantly but everything else take days like is rocket science or something. But i am waiting. They said they deactivated the game while reviewing the case.

Glad u got it on video. You should also contact all other casinos. VS Dan etc and get them to escalate it to yggdrasil. Cos us contacting yggdrasil ourselves wont get anywhere. it is best it comes from casinos notifying them.
 
But to be fair, the title should be changed, Because this is not a glitch just at leovegas it is a glitch that affects yggdrasil at all online casino.

Dan is probably a good bet actually since he has a relationship with the guys who run yggdrasil. Back when I was doing my study on vikings go berserk, he got them to post on the forum and contact me in private.

Also, I was quoted by the op as per my notification but when I came here, there was no comment? I wonder if he doesnt have proper posting permissions yet or something and cant respond?

The problem is, how will he be compensated since every spin is random and they wont be able to tell the out come of the future spins. Anyone who has played this slot knows getting 2 wilds like that can be very good and go on for quite sometimes raking in hundreds of dollars at that betsize.

Yggdrasil needs to find these errors and fix them since they are happening in other games too. This could be the difference in getting screwed or winning thousands.
 
Never played that game so apart from looking bloody awful, what was the glitch :oops: :what:

The slot pays both ways. He had 2 sticky wilds. Suddenly a wild appeared in the middle and the other two wilds disappeared. And having 3 wilds like that it would be impossible to have a losing spin.

I see he has a grey PAB under his name which looks like he innitiated a PAB so I suggest you dont talk about it yet. I think you should have waited to get a response or contact the rep here or something first but each their own
 
After carefully reading the Pay table I am confused.... what should have happened do you think??? The table doesn’t say that the golden monkey is a sticky wild. Just that it changed a symbol into something of higher value. It clearly gives you an additional sticky wild.

The free spin symbols award the bonus....

The sticky wilds on Golden Monkey slot on reel 2 and 3 stick when you get wins with them included. The slot is 243 ways and it pays from left to right and right to left. I can confirm that I have had this bug on numerous occasions and I had a win with the sticky wild, then as soon as I clicked spin it bugged and vanished. I have played this slot a lot in the past as well. And I never saw this bug until a week ago.

So this only started a week ago. And it isnt just affecting Golden Monkey. On Jungle Books slot. When you get the extra 3rd character show up on the right hand side. It usually stays for around 3-5 spins. What I noticed is it does 1 spins and vanishes, then it shows up again on the next spin. And that repeats for those 5 spins. Before this bug it would just stay for the full 5 spins then vanish.

So I haven't saw if this is affecting other slots from yggdrasil yet. But it is affecting these 2 in question anyway.

And they really need to fix it as soon as possible, Cos it could result in people missing out on big wins because of this bug.

I dont really see a reason why you created this thread and instantly PAB right after before any responses was made when the reps said they are working on it and took the game down.

Deposits dont take 2 days because ...well you are depositing. When errors occur like this there is alot more that goes into everything. They have to contact the provider, the provider and tech team then has to pinpoint the exact time, then they have to look into what happened and then run a pile of tests. It isnt a big scandal

Well The game isn't down for me. I just tried opening it. It is up and running same for jungle books too!?!

And unless they have fixed it. I would guess they are breaking the laws keeping it online. So they could get in trouble if the slots this bug is affecting isn't taken offline until it is fixed!

If our support were to receive reports on Jungle Books it would be of course be investigated with the correct steps as well.

Seems like a very impatient player you are dealing with. He is cross posting on forums, filing PAB and not private messaging reps. All when he has been responded to by a rep saying they are looking into it.

Anyways, are you sure its disabled because someone in here said they tested it and its still active?

Good evening,

The game is disabled and have been since the 22nd of November. If some players have been able to access the game after that it is most likely because of a game session in the game that has not finished. I can not confirm this tho without looking in to individual player accounts.

We are still waiting for a solution on the issues that have occurred and we are expecting a update shortly.

Just a quick update.

Yggdrasil have solved the issue with the game and we have enabled it on site again.
