Hi.

I have been waiting for over a week for my account to be verified despite sending over all documentation that has been asked for...

Has anyone had any issues with Yeti casino or LandL.com

L and L seem to be hitting a lot of people at the moment. I'm waiting for it at AllBritish and have asked Jan to help too. It seems stupidly random as I had a withdrawal(smaller than my AllBritish withdrawal) at Yako only an hour or so before and that went through within a couple of hours.

I work in anaesthetics and the daily back and forth of unnecessary paperwork is ridiculous. I am furious that I am having to do this after providing more than enough proof... They are now asking for silly evidence, like an online savings pot that it's not even physically possible to print off a pdf as it's an adjunct to my main bank account.

I have explained to them several times that I cannot keep doing this between itu and theatres with covid patients. It's unacceptable putting genuine customers in this position.

Whats the reason they are asking for stuff?
Have you held the account long, roughly how much has been through it (and any other L&L accounts you might hold) in deposits/withdrawals?
 
Seems easier to get a 100k loan from a bank than to request a withdrawal of 100€ from a casino nowadays.
 
Hi. It is because of enhanced due diligence. Apparently if you want to withdraw more than £1400 this is compulsory. I've never used any L&L casinos before. I am happy for checks to be completed but there is no way it takes over a week. Sent payslips etc, earn a decent salary compared to what I deposited.

They are basically stalling now, will have to wait another 5 working days for payment once checks are completed.

I sent over all documents required plus more but they are asking for obscure documents like my main banks savings account which is a savings pot. I cannot print out pdf copies as it simply doesn't give me the option on my online banking as its a simple saving adjunct. Explained this all to them, then I get a reply 2 days later asking for more obscure information. Will definitely be avoiding in future and using my usual UK fast Withdrawl and verification casino.
