Received Meister Mail today sent to my AOL addy....... but as much as I was tempted (and it's not even Tuesday) I didn't hit the "Report Spam" button.

I also got email to my "official" CM email addy too......

I usually have a bowl of organic unsweetened cereal (uncooked oatmeal, Trader Joe O's, corn flakes) with bananas in it. In winter I eat a lot of Cream o' Wheat. I also have a piece of bread with peanut butter and home made jam. On weekends - Saturday - Brtchen with cold cuts. Sunday - French toast.

Now what's this have to do with the newsletter?
