It was recently brought to our attention that players were having serious withdrawal problems at YBets. It so happened that one of those players was a long-time forum member so we invited them to file a PAB (Player Arbitration) request with us so we could look into the matter. Things did not go well.
We ran through our normal procedure with PABs which is to submit the case details and wait a bit to hear back from the casino. We received no reply.
We tried again, several times, and still nothing.
We finally sent them our final notice which informs them that not responding will be reported to our readership as them being non-responsive to player complaints. They promptly responded saying the player could now proceed with their withdrawal. In fact the player had also heard from them:
After a few day we got this from the player:
And several days later this:
As it happens we’ve seen YBets do this before, pull the plug for a few days and then suddenly reappear without apology or explanation. It now seems as if that’s part of their new strategy to stall and slow-pay and dither away, perhaps hoping that players spend their balance — when the site is live again — or simply give up. Our player summed it up this way:
Getting paid at “some point” means to us that this casino’s reputation needs a good swift kick, and that’s exactly what we’re going to do.
WARNING: Ybets.net — and other variations — are habitually slow-paying players for ridiculously long periods of time. They come and go as they please, they respond only when forced to, and they lead players on pointless KYC goose-chases to avoid doing what they should be doing which is paying their players. Players are STRONGLY advised to avoid YBets and look elsewhere for their casino entertainment.
FTR: YBets has since been Rogued for all this nonsense they’re pulling, was announced here: YBets, is there a problem? - Casinomeister Forum

Just want to give an update since something has changed here. It was been about 42 days of non pay and non responses.
This morning they emailed me and told me they removed the withdraw restriction and I can attempt to cashout.
After a few day we got this from the player:
Withdraw denied and placed back in playable account.
It looks to me their entire plan is to drag this on for the absolute longest amount of time possible.
And several days later this:
I asked them why they arent processing my payment and approving my ID I supplied over a week ago. And its been over 50 days of this bs.
20 minutes later they actually deactivated their casino and wrote me "sorry cant verify you. Tech issues"
And the casino has been down ever since. About 3 days now.

… these guys are brutal. From what I see from all the other complaints everywhere people do get paid it just takes 4-6 months. So I am hopeful i will be paid at some point.
