It was recently brought to our attention that players were having serious withdrawal problems at YBets. It so happened that one of those players was a long-time forum member so we invited them to file a PAB (Player Arbitration) request with us so we could look into the matter. Things did not go well.

We ran through our normal procedure with PABs which is to submit the case details and wait a bit to hear back from the casino. We received no reply.

We tried again, several times, and still nothing.

We finally sent them our final notice which informs them that not responding will be reported to our readership as them being non-responsive to player complaints. They promptly responded saying the player could now proceed with their withdrawal. In fact the player had also heard from them:
Just want to give an update since something has changed here. It was been about 42 days of non pay and non responses.
This morning they emailed me and told me they removed the withdraw restriction and I can attempt to cashout.

After a few day we got this from the player:
Withdraw denied and placed back in playable account.
It looks to me their entire plan is to drag this on for the absolute longest amount of time possible.

And several days later this:
I asked them why they arent processing my payment and approving my ID I supplied over a week ago. And its been over 50 days of this bs.
20 minutes later they actually deactivated their casino and wrote me "sorry cant verify you. Tech issues"
And the casino has been down ever since. About 3 days now.

As it happens we’ve seen YBets do this before, pull the plug for a few days and then suddenly reappear without apology or explanation. It now seems as if that’s part of their new strategy to stall and slow-pay and dither away, perhaps hoping that players spend their balance — when the site is live again — or simply give up. Our player summed it up this way:
… these guys are brutal. From what I see from all the other complaints everywhere people do get paid it just takes 4-6 months. So I am hopeful i will be paid at some point.

Getting paid at “some point” means to us that this casino’s reputation needs a good swift kick, and that’s exactly what we’re going to do.

WARNING: Ybets.net — and other variations — are habitually slow-paying players for ridiculously long periods of time. They come and go as they please, they respond only when forced to, and they lead players on pointless KYC goose-chases to avoid doing what they should be doing which is paying their players. Players are STRONGLY advised to avoid YBets and look elsewhere for their casino entertainment.

FTR: YBets has since been Rogued for all this nonsense they’re pulling, was announced here: YBets, is there a problem? - Casinomeister Forum

Yes. I would add iwildcasino.com and Immerion.com - the same scam-like casino group.
Immerion delayed my payment over 4 months and another couple months- iwildcasino. Over 3000$ of my balance funds this scam-like websites called themselves "casino" avoid cashout.

So if you see "Goodwin N.V." or license number "OGL/2024/758/0228" on any casino- just run away and don't turn back.

I wrote a review on trustpilot, they scammed me out of 108k. I have made a video for them to see and go public, can be seen : , they state that there is a withdrawal requirement after cashing out bonus funds, which is untrue by there own terms and conditions.

Do you mean 108k USD? .. That's not a little.. Haven't you filed a complaint with the regulator?

filed a complaint with the regulator?
The regulator didnt respond. 108k isnt a little indeed, it came from 80 usd. I had a lot of luck, however its absurd ybets refuses to respond to my emails and for the past 2 months i get the message: your appeal has been accepted, but i dont hear anything. Now they replied to Trustpilot with terms that arent stated anywhere. They should pay, i offered a settlement, but at this point i want to prevent others for loading money to these scammers.

Sadly they have added it in their terms there is a max cashout amount. They dont state the amount though so seems like they just make up whatever number.

This is a bad casino group regardless so I doubt you were ever going to be paid this amount

True, but i complied with the max cash out amount. In the video its shown. The max cash out was 800, so i crashed out the bonus funds to usdt. Now they made up there is a withdrawal requirement, which is simply a lie to prevent to layout.

The only place where issues get solved with this casino is Casinoguru. They ignore complaints from here and are listed as rogue. Go file a complaint there.

Oh come on. Yes it's a great platform to say the truth. But I would not be so sure about them. I know from my experience- they are afraid to offend the casino IF the case is not "101%" in favor of player. However he may try, but there's no need to get hopes up. Especially when it comes to bonuses, even indirectly. + the amount is too high, so if casino didn't ignore their verdict in other cases they may ignore it this time even if casino.guru resolve the case in favor of gambler.

When did you submit your complaint? What was the email you send it to?

Casinoguru was the only forum that helped me start getting paid. They threatened the casino to downgrade their trust score if it wasnt resolved in 7 days. They get a lot of signs up there. Casinomeister tried and they didnt even reply to them or care to be listed as rogue here

If a casino ignores a complaint it is marked as unresolved and their trust score lowered.

I think casinoguru recommends way too many shady casinos in exchange for affiliate money and it adds to rogue casinos profiting but a lot of casino care about their rating there as casinoguru does push a lot of traffic to casinos.

If this person wants their case heard, go to casinoguru. its the only forum they really respond and care about.

I send it to the Adjouan gamingboard ("[email protected]" <[email protected]>)

It shouldnt matter which amount it is regarding, I won the funds fairly.
Sorry, you may as well send it to next door's cat than Anjouan. They are flaccid at best. No harm in trying, but this is a a rubber-stamp 'jurisdiction' and not an effective interactive gaming authority.

Yes, that's the catch-22. Due to the fact CM won't entertain crap sites like this we can never work with them or guarantee to process complaints in the first place as there is no business relationship therefore not much leverage on our part.

Promote the dumps, get them players, then the opposite is true.

It's not the regulator. You should send it to licensor, or to be more exact to an organization connected with them, and is authorized by licensor to resolve disputes.

You should fill your complaint at CADRE
The Curaçao Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

And may forward to CGB just to let them know their licensee violate license conditions

Agree, casino.guru mostly overrates their "safety indexes", and you can see that total crap rated too high..even up 9.8 out of 10 (!!!), that's misleading, for sure. I started a little debate about their stupid or blind criterias of rating - as a result I was blocked. But let's be honest, now they are leaders, they "beated" even askgamblers. Recently I checked traffic: their visits in August were near 1,5 million. It's 3 times more than askgamblers and 10+ times more than casinomeister. That's why some casinos sadly ignore casinomeister but answer to complaints there.
Casinomeister is the oldest in field, and have lot of experience, and any REPUTABLE casino should accept your verdicts, but sadly website popularity is not enough to be "in leading positions". I respect your smart and professional staff, but it's obvious that your website could have more interesting design, make improvements and necessary upgrades collect data about casinos (especially negative) in time to have 1mega+ monthly visits. That means to be more powerful so that the most casinos didn't dare yo ignore you.

Oh yeah, checked today: 2 other casinos of the same Goodwin N.V group with EXACTLY SIMILAR behavior of Ybets are still rated 6+ and 7+ here.. should be in the read zone long ago

I checked the website info. You were right
"Anjouan, Union of Comoros and operates under License No. ALSI-202411003-FII."
in their website info.
However The other license mentioned by me is CGA - all other Goodwin NV. casinos operate under this license: OGL/2024/758/0228. Another thing- since Ybets is announced in many sources as Goodwin N.V group casino, the organization who operates Ybets according their website is "Sigg Marketing Limited". Though websites designed similarly and many sources announce them as "sister casinos" They may be, however legally they're operated by different organizations (if the information on websites is correct).
Sorry if my previous reply misled you.

Will add to this that YBets is also delaying my cashout by not replying to my KYC-files. At this point it's been a month. Curious to hear if TimmyR was able to resolve his case yet?
How likely is it that this case will be handled by them ?
