I have been gaming for 20 years, i understand losing and winning, mostly losing I accept that. What I don't accept is being cheated and lied to everday, and that is what Starluck has done to me over and over, for 9 months.
Now Sen Jon Kyl here in the US would like to shut down online gaming, i think that would be awful, but unless I can get the money back from starluck that I was "promised, assured i would get, and yes it is already being processed and you should have it in 2 days". That was last Aug, and I have recieved nothing for being told I won 97% of the time to being told that I had a 85.69% "payout" (they advertise 97% payouts). I have a three transcripts that agents could olny access through the manager Bill Carter, that promise me my money back, infact it it one the way, and no-one at Starluck would EVER lie to me.
Anyway, Bill won't even open my emails and the online agents say everyday that he will be contacting me, that has went on for 4 months.
That brings me to Sen. Kyl. If I give him all the info of fraud , lies and cheating, that starluck has pulled on me, it most certainly will give him great help in getting the support he needs to shut down online gaming. I DO NOT WANT TO DO THAT, but unless I get my 1,7000.00 back from starluck, I feel I have no choice.
That is where you can help me, as I would gladly help you. If my fellow gamers would write bill@starluckcasino.com and tell him to give "hossy" The money that was PROMISED back, it might be of great help. any gamers willing to write that short note , I would be very gratful, if you do, you can let me know at terber327@yahoo.com. Thank you, your help could be vital to our right to fun.

You've been owed $17 000 in winnings since last August and now they're ignoring you? Have you kept copies of all correspondence from them confirming your story? Are they alleging bonus abuse or any of the usual excuses?

I am sorry that I made the figures something they are not. It is 1,700.00 dollars.
Like I said I don't want to turn my documents over to Sen Kyl, but if casino's get by with cheating, I have no choice, I was assured, promised and guarenteed, my money back, it was on the way to my bank, and no-one would lie. Well that is all it has been is lies. Now they claim they owe me nothing, but before they did. they said I "won" 97% of the time, but had a payout of 85.69% how can that be? The casinomeistr has a copy of one of the transcript where I am told I am getting my money back (last Aug). I admit I sound a little upset in the transcript but the day before I was told I was dislusional, and an addict, that they would be happy to get help for. bill will not open any e-mail from me, so that is why I thought if maybe the gamer stuck together that we might have a chance so a few casino don't ruin it for everyone. They claim they don't have to folow any laws at all. So, if anyone could write bill@starluckcasino.com and ask him just to give hossy what HE PROMISED 3 times over, maybe I can get my money and we can all enjoy gaming. I don't want to ruin it for anyone, but I want my money, otherwise it will be ruined anyway. thank you Terber327

I think I should clarify myself even a little more. I have went through the thousand e-mails and coraspondense, and forwarded to many places for help, and this is some of what I have heard. " starluck telling you that you won 97% of the time wasn't right, but it was simply a mistake and the corrected it by telling you that you really had a payout of 85.69%" (they ADVERTISE 97%payout). but really it is just a mistake. As far as the three transcripts from three different agents telling me my money was on my way, this is what I heard. " you can't take what agents say seriously, they lie all the time." ( these agents were speaking right through the manager Bill. "If starluck says the didn't misled me or lie on purpose, then why did they tell me my money was on my way back. "Starluck just made anothor mistake".
You can see why I am reluctlent to keep sending these documents out. I thought I had it made with the transcript that says the money has already been proccessed. As I said your help would be appreciated. terber327

I don't understand.
(1) is it 17k, or 1700?
(2) Did you have that much in your account when you withdraw? Or you lost them all and want them back?
(3) Did you take any bonus at all?
It sounds to me that you lost your money and you want them back. If that's the case it an't happening.
When you win, the casinos payout. When you loose, you only have yourself to blame. That's the number one rule when it comes to gambling, be it online or land based.

It is seventeen hundred, and I was cheated on the odds, lied to about it, and told the money was coming back because they were wrong. Why would they say that if they hadn't cheated. Don't tell me that it's ok for casino's to lie about winss and payouts and that just too bad, it's illegal. I have lost plenty over the years, and when I lose fairly so be it. This was fraud. Your attitude is what makes casino's get by with cheating, I think players should stand up and say no-more. terber327

hhc...I believe you have it close with your "It sounds to me that you lost your money and you want them back. When you win, the casinos payout. When you loose, you only have yourself to blame. That's the number one rule when it comes to gambling, be it online or land based."

I have read this post, or some almost precise variation of it, on some other boards quite a few months back After much debate as to the meaning of what the poster was attempting to convey, it does seem to be that the "expected return on investment was not as advertised" so going after vendor on that basis.

Might have expected to uncork a nice Merlot but ended up with a bottle of Ripple. (Wow, I know the Ripple reference will date me, LOL!)

Okay, so you don't have the money in your account.
Frankly, only the extremely reputable casinos would refund your deposit because of "software malfunction", unfortunately I don't think starluck is one of them.
If you lost your money to MG, RTG, playtech or cryptologic etc. You won' even have a case. They have a large number of players and they havn't been caught cheating. At least not obviously.
As for IGM, their flash version's BJ game used to be "rigged" and as such, you might have some ground if you lost your money playing BJ. However, You won't be able to ask for a refund if you lost your money playing slots. Slots can be set to ANY payout and it's justified even in land based casino as long as it's above a minimum which is different from state to state.
Don't get me wrong, I hate cheating software as much as anyone else. Cheating software really hurt this industry and IGM casinos suffer greatly because of it. In fact there are only a handful IGM casinos now, many of them closed their door or switched softwares, even after they updated their software with a fair (I think, at least my records shows it) BJ.
I am a regular player and I play almost daily. If some software companies are cheating outright, believe me I'll be the first one to shout out loud. With my play record to prove it of course.
As for legal of not, regretfully they are right at this. Since they are not located in US and as such US laws don't apply to them. It is for their own benefit to keep customers happy but if they decided not to do so, we have no ways to force them do it.
Pitch a bitch to casino meister, maybe he will be able to help you get some of your money back.
PS: I know what I said earlier might be too tough for those who lost. Especially those who lost to rigged software but online gambling is no tropical paradise. There are lots of danagerous sharks waiting to feast on us. We really should do our home work before dive in with our hard earned cash. I myself learned it the hard way.
