After reading this thread I decided to deposit. Logged into my account and sent the docs.
Received an email in less than 5 minutes that the house number doesn`t match the bank statement.
We moved house since I registered, so I have been told to create new account with new email.
Exchanged 4 emails in 10 minutes, very quick to reply and hepful.

My debit card deposit didn`t go through, so deposited with Neteller. 10 euro with 20 bonus.
Went to play on my mobile, and TBH the Play n Go games look fantastic on android.
