They set up minimum loyalyty points to reedem - 5000 points - 50 000$ wageining in slots a lot more in table

( Consider with other microgaming brands where minimum to reedem its 500/1000 points. ( for 5/10$)

- Loyalyty points dissapired affter 3 months so in Go Wild Wild Jackpots players need make wagering 50 000 $ ? in 3 months period to got some money from loyalyty points.

- Loyalyty points add like a bonus money with 35 x wagering ?......... usually this shoud be set up like a real money ?


So basicly in this case this future is only for high rollers medium / low rollers usually not make 50 000$ wagering in 3 month period........


- Other microgaming casino offered loyalyty points like a real money with minimum amount to reedem 1000 not 5000 points .!

Im make points beacose im make a lot deposit with them over 1000$ in last period im remember last time im claim 500 points in Wild Jackpot for 5$ now im colect close to 3000 points try reedem to 30$ free bonus and not possible then change set up to minimum points avalible to reedem from 500 up to 5000 points( 10 x more) - 50 000$ wagering ( points dissapired after 3 months ... So in this case this points i uslles for small /medium rollers players only for highrollers .


Why minimum amount for reedem is higher then in rest microgaming brands ? and is not possible conect unders group brands - go wild points - wild jackpots points hmm strange ..... Under other microgaming brands conect lovyalyty points future work without problem example casinorewards microgaming group players can conect points beetwen brands to sumary amount and reedem it without problem - In this group is only 2 brand and they not only set up Very high minimum amount points to reedem but locked conect points bettwen Go Wild - Wild Jackpots.

now i know why they didn´t want to top me up from 3000 to 5000. ;-) hahaha. i thought that only would be 2 euro^^

they should not disappear until you avoid any play for a certain time. would recommend to ask their rep, here.

imo they are good and cannot complain about their service or promos (did not test withdrawals, though, since ladyluck has divorced from me)

why don´t you play e.g. at tradacasino - they have an outstanding polayer reward offer, cashout within hours, sometimes minutes, outstanding support - and lots of microgaming and other providers, too...

die liebe hannah meinte: für 50 euro deposit gibts die 400 freespins auf dem bekloppten hase im hut slot und für 100 euro einzahlung gibts die 100 euro bonus mit schlechteren bedingungen. der bonus für die 50 euro wäre übrigens mehr als 100% gewesen, vom spinwert aus gerechnet.

das war nicht so super, das angebot. Aber von ihr durchaus verständlich formuliert.

Nicht zu sehr ärgern. Ich persönlich finde Bonus mit wr ohnehin totalen mist.... habe ich früher mal anders gesehen, wenn du aber bedenkst, dass das casino bei jedem spin 3-5% abknabbert dann kannst du dir leicht ausrechnen, warum so gern bonus mit wr angeboten wird.

bei gowild habe ich auch mal eingezahlt, hatte aber kein glück. Bin aber soweit davon überzeugt, dass sie ganz gut sind.

das hätte die liebe hannah auch besser mal explizit darstellen können... immerhin war ihr klar, dass du kein muttersprachler bist. anstattdessen prahlt sie damit rum, dass sie den google translator benutzen kann...

nicht wirklich sehr kundenfreundlcih imho...

however, whenever reading any of your post i think your english is good. I guess you needn´t use any translator-crapp for it. :)

I personally like gowild and wild jackpots a big lot - especially, because gia is so nice. maybe you should ask her if she can arrange something for you? i mean - you just played a more risky style and busted, because you were convinced there are emergenca freespins waiting for revival i am sure...?

It seems there was a bit of a misunderstanding regarding our loyalty programs.

and Outdated Link Removedin case you want to see all the details. Yet I would also like to clarify everything here on the forum, so you will see that our loyalty program is actually very competitive and offers a lot of benefits to our members.

First of all, members who play slots will receive at least 1 loyalty point for each $1 bet. So they will be able to redeem the points after wagering only 5000. As they wager more and their loyalty tier increases, the loyalty points accumulation speed is also increased by 5%, 15%, or 20%, depending on the tier. Additionally, we regularly offer loyalty points specials, which allow players to receive double or triple loyalty points for wagers made on certain slots.

Furthermore, the points will expire after 120 days since the last bet made in the casino on that account. So if members are active and they wager regularly in the casino, then that is not an issue.

And the loyalty points can be redeemed as bonus or cash credits, depending on the loyalty tiers. In case members are wagering regularly and they increase their loyalty tier to Gold or higher, then they will receive cash credits for their points, without any wagering requirements.

Finally, I would like to add that we are always striving to improve our rewards program and our services, so in the future we might actually decrease the minimum amount of loyalty points needed in order to redeem them. We will keep you posted on this, of course.
