World's Worst Customer Support (MegaSportCasino)

I sent in an email to them a few days ago about some questions on their connection to KasinoStar.com but did not get an answer, so I went online to their site and asked them a few questions (live support).

This is their response...

Aodat2: I've sent in an email regarding the connection you guys have with KasinoStar.com
Aodat2: and also including other questions too
Aodat2: but till this day, I have yet to get an answer from you guys
Aodat2: may I just know if anyone is actually going to reply to me or not?
Customer Support Operator: We have forwarded your e-mail to our manager and our marketing department and we have no more information about your request
Aodat2: oh... would you be so kind as to check on this issue?
Aodat2: am I suppose to wait on or should I just forget about it?
Customer Support Operator: they will send you an e-mail if they decide to do so
Aodat2: if they decide to do so

For those of you reading this and who are still with this people, you might want to rethink again. Is this how you would like to be treated?

Getting a response like "they will send you an e-mail if they decide to do so"

Good luck if you still decide to stay with them.
 
Not good but certainly not the Worlds worse.
My Worse ever experience with Customer support for pure "Twattiness" was with Desert Dollar (I knew not of rogues back then)
Afetr I did not receive a deposit bonus I rang them up and asked very politely
"Why not"
Twatty replied;
"'Cos your in the UK"
Me;
"But it says nothing about the UK in your T&C's"
Twatty;
"Yeah it does, no bonus for you mate", hangs up.

Very professional outfit :thumbsup:

Have no idea why they would be rogued :rolleyes:

Funnily enough, I had a chat session this morning with a casino who shall remain nameless. I guess they're sick of me, I was chasing up my cashout and I was pissed off with their non-responses. I am usually very polite and business-like, but I was tired this morning and had zero patience. I came right out and told him/her not to get snotty with me...and that if they ever wanted peace, they'd be well advised to send my money ASAP. You don't know how relentless I can be, lol.

Anyway, wouldn't ya know...not fifteen minutes later, notification from MB that my money was there.

worst customer support

I called a casino about a non payment and the lady was very rude. I too told her not to get shitty with me. She said "don't get shitty with me or I will hang up on you". Hows that for customer service with a :)
 
Spent the last 2 weeks & 4 emails trying to get a lousy 10 euros hi-lo games bonus credited to my account - today I got this reply...

Dear Sir,

Your account has been credited with 10Euros- Games promotion.

Apologies for the short delay.

i think pina would like you a lot. we got a lot of boisterous b*tches up in here eh? (not a diss jhm, pina will explain all when you two get to acquainting) anyhow, welcome to the party. the gang here are really, unique. but it's a blast. we really do need to do some huge get-together in the real world bashes, in casino destinations of course. or a cruise. i think one of the big three (jetset, simmo or spear, yes they all have large person avatars) hinted at something's going down in earlyish '08 in london, england? new thread? where would it go as the topic is not really casino-related, would it be ask meister or q&a, or wildcards?
 
Another beauty I got today from a casino, who doesn't appear to have exactly gone out of it's way to stop a flood of deposits, & resultant denied bonuses coming their way...

The xxx monthly bonus is only for new registrations as per
our Terms & Conditions.


I've asked them now if this is new casino terminology - anyone here care to confirm? ie. like Pontoon is blackjack apparently - now a monthly can be for new sign-ups only? I'm :notworthy of their ignenuity. xxx's put in to avoid naming & shaming casino until their response back. Quite a shame, as they're really a good casino otherwise - to have such sloppy, & dare we say it, potentially deceptive terms & promos etc.
