Withdrawals to Mastercard Debit

Can anyone advise if there is an upper limit to the amount sent back to a UK issued Mastercard debit card?

A withdrawal for over 10k hasn't arrived, where as a 4k and 3k have, despite being requested after the 10k. All from the same company, all processed fully with them.

Issuing bank say no issues there end.
Any thoughts?

It would get flagged as its 10k, bit unsure if there is any limits ,but anything over 10k gets a red flag to be checked, so may arrive in a couple if days.

When you say a 'red flag to be checked' - checked by whom and at what stage?

Normal banking system anything over 10k has a standard check on it on all banks
