Hi everyone i made a withdrawal from a non-accredited casino which was processed last Friday the 28/12 in the evening and i have still yet to receive the funds to my account. The payment method was a direct transfer to my bank account though last time i made a withdrawal from this casino to my account it was paid back to my credit card instead.
i'm getting a little concerned that the funds aren't in my account and was wondering am i right to be concerned about the time its taking or is this a normal period of time to wait? after what length of time should i be contacting the casino to advise that the funds haven't been received?
Perhaps my concern is misplaced but it took a longer than acceptable length of time along with multiple emails for the withdrawal to finally be approved which has only heightened my concern about the length of time the funds are taking to reach my account.
any advice/suggestions would be appreciated
