Hi everyone i made a withdrawal from a non-accredited casino which was processed last Friday the 28/12 in the evening and i have still yet to receive the funds to my account. The payment method was a direct transfer to my bank account though last time i made a withdrawal from this casino to my account it was paid back to my credit card instead.

i'm getting a little concerned that the funds aren't in my account and was wondering am i right to be concerned about the time its taking or is this a normal period of time to wait? after what length of time should i be contacting the casino to advise that the funds haven't been received?

Perhaps my concern is misplaced but it took a longer than acceptable length of time along with multiple emails for the withdrawal to finally be approved which has only heightened my concern about the length of time the funds are taking to reach my account.

any advice/suggestions would be appreciated

thanks

Is this a certain Playtech casino we have had a discussion about via pm before? If so then I always thought that these guys were slow with their withdrawal times but it has just recently really become worse as they expanded to more countries. If I was you, once I got paid I would leave them alone for a while and see if they improve, their are some other good playtech casinos for Aussies

From what I know atm you will still get paid, its just long and drawn out.

If it is not said casino feel free to pm me and I can see if I can help out.

I've had some casinos take up to 10 business days to wire money to my bank. I'd ask support and see how long it normally takes, then at least you'll know what kind of timeframe you're looking at. Remember that there was the holiday so deduct that from the number of business days you're quoted.

yeah that's the one. i made a couple of withdrawals since our pm discussion and was paid well within their 4 business day stated timeframe so i felt reasonably confident about continuing to deposit. once this withdrawal is received i think i will be closing my account as the reasons they gave to me by email about the delay in processing my withdrawal have raised a bit of a red flag and its not really worth the risk when, as you say, there are other better and more reliable playtech casinos that i can play at

I'm not sure which casino you are talking about. But I'd feel free to ask support if the payment had been made, and to which method. Almost every casino, accredited or not, reserves the right to process back to their preferred method.

I think banks and transfers to processors and a lot of things got a little backed up over the holiday season.

I waited an unusually long time for a payment from an accredited casino. I was offered a choice of a different method, but it would have cost me quite a bit more, I preferred to wait.

And even if they sent it, it can be 3 - 5 business days for a transfer at the best of times.

If it's a certain unaccredited Playtech I've posted quite a bit about, I definitely contact them to ask about it, I've always found them helpful and truthful. But I was haunting Moneybookers once for a payment sent back to Visa, which takes a bit longer.

I've also waited over 5 banking days for a moneybookers wire to my bank... just to show that once it leaves somewhere, it doesn't always arrive in the proper timeframe.

It's hard not to panic, but this season does get backed up, on so many levels.

4 business days...I wish!!!!

Being in the US, we're pretty much stuck with RTG casinos. The last withdrawal I made for $3,000+ change was from FreeSpin Casino. They offer a bank wire option that sounded quicker than anything else. They told me that it takes "up to 10 working days" from the time the withdrawal is processed.....just getting it processed took more than a week. Although bank wires are always credited as soon as they are issued just about everywhere in the free world, it took every bit of 10 days to show up in my account. What with "processing time" and these bank wires that apparently originate from Mars, it took almost a month to get paid. I would feel like I'd died and gone to heaven if I ever got a withdrawal in 4 business days. Even Club World takes an unusually long time, IMO.

Out of interest, why do you say US players are pretty much stuck with RTG?

Other brands take US players, and other RTGs too for that matter....and some of them pay fairly quickly too, in both regards.

Bankwires are not sent directly from the casino to your bank. The request is sent to their processor, who sends instructions to it's own bank, then their bank sends it to their bank, until it reaches a major bank in your country...at which time it lands in your account. In other words, it's the intermediary banks that take their time about things...if you consider 2-3 business days per bank, and it passes through 2-3 banks, you can see why it takes as long as it does. It sucks, but it has been this way with most casinos for ages.

The only time I ever received a bank wire from a casino quickly was Slotland/WinADay, and it was in my account within 24 hours of processing.

So right you are! I have the same issue with Casino Titan right now! I have a withdrawal pending that has been "pending" since Thursday Jan 3rd and when I went on live chat to ask when it will be taken out of my account and processed, the rep said it would not be approved until the 14th! When I asked her why not she said "It takes "Up to"6 business days to approve a withdrawal ... I told her that it should be approved by Thursday or Friday of this week .... then she said that it wouldn't be because the finance departments "business days" are Mon - Thurs! So apparently they dont work on Fridays so that day will not count ... What complete and utter nonsense! So pretty much you are SOL if you withdrawal on a Thursday or Friday, because by that standard you will wait a total of 12 days for an approval on your withdrawal because they do not work on Fridays?????????? You can't tell me that it takes that long to "approve" a withdrawal. It just makes me so sick to the lengths these guys will go to to make it hard on the player, as you can't even deposit and play when you have a withdrawal pending with them. I guess they really want you to play it back so they don't have to pay you. I just wish there was someone who could force them to change their rules ... Withdrawal time is way too long, in my opinion AND paying a withdrawal in increments of $500 (eventhough their terms and conditions clearly state you can request between $500 and $3000 per week .. I have never had them approve the full amount of $3000 when I asked for it, they simply only approved $500 and then just conveniently put the rest back into my account without so much as a head's up) really is not acceptable when they can take any deposit amount in full.

Stick to CM accredited casinos.

I guess I'm too "old school"....I think of 3 primary software providers - RTG, Microgaming and Playtech. I used to LOVE both Microgaming and Playtech and was sick when they stopped taking US players. I know there are others out there who take US players (besides RTG) but the few that I've tried, frankly sucked. Grand Prive used to be my favorite casino until they switched software. The times I've made deposits there either my credit card was compromised to the point that the issuing bank shut it down and issued me a new one and the games were so slow that I got bored. Now I play FreeSpin (primarily because of one of their deposit options), Club World (although less frequently now because they stopped taking Mastercard via EasyDebit) and Intertops. In all cases, it's almost a MONTH until I see a withdrawal in my bank account. I seem to remember that INet paid pretty quickly but going to load up a pre-paid Visa is a pain in the ass. :(

I agree you should stick with Casinomeister accredited casinos, the only times I've ever experienced issues is when I've strayed from this list. There are lot's of accredited Playtech casinos so you can't go wrong :)
