Hi All have a question:
Played at a MG casino last Friday night. Made a withdrawl, left some money to play with, when into Sat made another withdrawal.
Monday morning checked and found the first withdrawal was "processing", nothing on the second still in reversal withdrawal.
Logged in on Tuesday and found both withdrawal combined with "work in progress".
Now my question:
Have played with this group for over a year,from reading this forum I knew that if you win you have to send your identification papers, last year I won and sent copies of my identification, credit card etc to their sister site, all paperwork was approved, withdrawal sent. Great had a few withdrawals thru out the year from both sites no problems. Now all of a sudden I logged into my email Tues. night to fine out that I have to send all paperwork back to them along with a credit/debit card transaction declaration form, (never had that form before) and wait another 48 hrs for it to be processed. I have PM the rep here but no answer, to be fair it has only been 24hrs. Have asked support why the second round of indentification and once you are approved is it not good for all of their sites. No answer to that question just send the requested documemts.
Ok I know just send the requested information and get over it, but now 48hrs will drag into over 7 days before I will even think about getting my money (another week-end involved). Is this normal or am I being "pissy" sorry if I offend anyone just don't how else to but it.
